Tina is the kindest woman!! I got a basic mani/pedi and she did a great job technically, and a wonderful job personally. She is originally from a city in Vietnam that I’ve visited before. When we made the connection we had much to talk about and I think we were both equally excited to share this common link. The shop environment is clean and relaxing, parking was easy, and my appointment ran smoothly on time. Tina’s longstanding successful business and work ethic speaks for itself, but I won’t hesitate to say that West Coast Nails and Spa is a real gem. I’ll definitely be coming back again, and again. Tiffany is the absolute BEST!!! If you have nail art photos she can make it happen. I live in Santa Cruz now and STILL see her anytime Im in town. So friendly, beautiful artistry, and very clean and safe atmosphere in relation to COVID-19. LOVE this place.

I had a terrible experience! First of all Tina did my nails she removed my old polish and clipped my nails down, she also cliped some skin on my thumb and and the rest are now so short the top of my fingers are tender. More... the polish looks ok on top but on the tips of nail underneath or edge didnt get polished!\nI dont do reviews but I read them and what I read wasnt true for me.\nSo here it is ladies..... CAUTION!!!
