I got a gift card to this place, and I really wanted to like it. The nail tech \"burned\" me several times with the nail file drill. Dug into my skin and torn my skin away from my nail. He never even said sorry or even acknowledged that he kept hurting me. The reviews say its friendly, but no one spoke to me except for at check and check out. She was nice though. Lol My nails look Horrible. I hate them. He cut my fingernails way too short, between that and the way he did the French manicure, my fingers look like toes. They either look like toes or like I have the hands of a preschooler. I got them done on Saturday and I keep looking at them to try and tell myself they dont look so bad but I cant stand them. I cant wait to get them redone. But now theyre so short. Ill be waiting for them to grow out for a while. Possibly the worst nails ever. Im just going to stick with my old place.
This place is wonderful I love my nail tech Mei. I highly recommend her and this salon. She is incredibly talented. My acrylic nails have never lifted or broken and are always done just the way I want.\n\nI had a pedicure done there a couple of weeks ago and it was $90 it looked great when I left the salon but that evening after the lotion was washed off my feet were just as rough as when I walked in to the salon. Very disappointing. I dont believe that this is the fault of the salon just the tech. Lesson learned.
Iâve been coming here with my mom for almost 5 years . I normally donât have any issues but the last few times Iâve been in itâs been less than great( whether that be rudeness or quality) This last time I got a dip manicure, like I always do. They lady who did my nails spent the first half on the phone and not paying any attention to me. She didnât do a base layer or top layer just color. She also left my nails with so much excess that when she was done I went out to my car and had to unglue my fingers from my nails with a pocket knife and peel off what was left around my fingers. The nails themselves look fine once I fixed the messiness of them. Just extremely frustrating that the quality of work from person to person is so different, and with my work schedule I canât always make an appointment ahead of time with the two people who always do a good job
I originally came in to get acrylic nails for the first time and they turned out great, but after a few days I decided they werent for me so I went in to get them off. During that appointment they were very nice and offered to remove the acrylic nails and do a gel manicure free of charge which was extremely kind! I love my gel nails and have had them on for weeks!
Honestly these are the worst nails Iâve ever got. They were supposed to be marble on my ring finger with the gold and thereâs hardly any there, I wanted the tiniest little line of white as a border on the nails and got whatever is going on there. Half of them are bent up and way shorter than I asked for because she trimmed them crooked and then filed them shorter than my natural nails were when I came in. Both girls I came with had an equally poor experience and we wasted so much money . So disappointed.\n\nI have to edit!! I tried to the same day as I posted this but i posted it before any resolution was made! Yess! They did stay an hour after close to fix it and make it right for me, the second lady that did my nails (Lynn ) was amazing, so much more understanding of what I wanted and did such an amazing job fixing what she had to work with!
