Honestly did a great job, super busy for Easter weekend but they tried to fit in as many people as they could without rushing! So happy they squeezed me in!!\n\nWill be coming back!
Iâve visited twice now and both times walked out very happy with my dip mani. Kim was especially fast and did a great job. My new go-to spot.
Worst experience ever! Horrible customer service by owners and tech! First time I made an appointment the nail technician Jenny just decided she wouldnt see me. I assume it was because she was running behind. I made the last appointment of the day (6PM). I got to the salon, had my dip soaked off by someone else and then she denied me service. All the other techs were busy so no one would do them. (First picture is how I left). I attempted to go this morning, again, and made the first appoint of the day (10AM). I had them confirm my appointment with Jenny so it wouldnt happen again. She was late and they told me I had to reschedule because she would not see me she would see her 11AM.
My first visit and extremely pleased. Kim did a great job for my gels. She was extremely professional and helpful. The salon follows COVID protocols and sanitation. This will be my âgo toâ nail salon!
Absolutely happy with my nails, after going from shop to shop looking for a tech that could accomplish natural looking dipped nails, I stopped in to A1. I had been so frustrated with the last manicure I had, I was ready to give in and switch to gels. Phil and the ladies assured me I would leave happy, convinced me to get the dip and the rest was history. I loved the attention to detail and how careful Kim was. Ill be back. I love how polite they are and that they listened to my frustration, and made sure I left happy.
