When I waked in I was taken aback by the level of safety precautions in place. They were beyond impressive. Thank you Lush for protecting your customers. We appreciate it.\n\nIn case you cannot tell from the pictures there is a plexiglass barrier between clients and the technicians. I used to be a regular here. It was always hit or miss on quality, but a decent price, and if you knew who to ask for, you could get a pretty good value most of the time. Fast forward to a few years ago, when \"decent\" turned to \"awful\", and I was only happy with my nails maybe 20% of the time and just gave up. Since then, Ive popped in a couple times a year to check the quality, and Ive never been tempted to resume with them. Today was no different.\n\nI had 1.5 hours to complete a pedi before I had to be somewhere, and instead of mentioning that they couldnt get to me for an hour, they had me wait for 20 minutes, then another 25 minutes with my feet soaking to the point of prune stage in, then, cold water until I finally just packed up and left without any service being performed. It goes without saying that one should mention if a wait will be THAT long, not to mention that I heard someone, still silly enough to be a regular, complain that she was unhappy with her lengthy wait time when she had an appointment. They just dont know how to deal with the public there, and the quality is mediocre, so its not as if youre trading service for quality. I been here for a few years now. This review is only for eyelashes!! I went today to get full set of eyelashes one by one. I explained what wanted, the lady offer 3 by 3 for 55$ and I said no thanks I want 1 by 1 even th I been here for a few years now. This review is only for eyelashes!! Only the owner upfront who was busy doing a manicure asked me what I wanted done.... WHEN I finally get some service, I told her what I needed and she did not even show me the special package deals that they showed to another customer after me... I was charged 30 $ for a 3 min foot soak without any softening agents for my Calluses and she appreciated that I told her Im diabetic. The debridement was good but she did not give me a foot massage just cleaned and cut my nails, filed them quickly and applied the Nail polish... She did not do a basecoat or top coat... Then She asked me if she can do a basic Hand manicure which is cut and trim the nails... I did not get my cuticles removed or a hand massage or even a clear nail lacquer Applied. more ... less ...

For as long as I’ve lived here in Tustin I’ve been going to other places having to pay cash or driving to Westminster for the deals, didn’t know this place was 5 min from my house and affordable through this pandemic hike in prices, I took my daughter and friend here as well and for dip nails and gel toes, hands down the cheapest I’ve found even for driving 30 min to Westminster. Now I save on my nails and gas! I for sure recommend this place for dip and gel toes I loved Hannah and the Manager was very sweet the service was top notch 💯! more ... less ...

I came here to get a dip full set and a pedicure. Lady who did my nails was very nice and did an ok job. First she was mad because I didnt want callus removed, she insisted that was better, so I was upset and asked her to show me on my feet, where did she see callus that needed to be removed and she started talking Vietnamese and about my feet, I finally told her, why do you ask that question if my feet are cleaned. You need to ask the people that have some and let decide if they want you to remove it. So I had picked matching colors for my pedicure and hand nails when she started putting it on I noticed it wasnt the color I had asked for, so I told her, she said I dont know I just got box, same color as gel for hands and kepted putting on. I insisted that looks more pink and color I chose was more beige/sand color, she didnt care and said nice color looks nice and took off. So when I was done I paid for my services and realized after that they have a sign \"tips cash only\" so I only had $4. on me and felt bad, and thought I didnt like the color but she did do the rest, so I thought let me split the little cash I have on me and gave them $2. Each. I got my stuff and started walking out n she came out from back and said $2. Tip, THATS IT really???? So she pist me off. first of all, its a tip its not mandatory I had already paid for my services. A lot more than what I was told too, but her coming out and saying that, after all she did and said to me while doing my pedicure, its like really!!! she was lucky I had a heart to even consider giving her anything. Even more depressing I think she was the new owner. Ugly lady very bad attitude. And if you see my nails, they dont match, but never did she say something like if you dont like I change for you or something she just didnt care. more ... less ...

Bodhi Hair Salon is a fabulous salon in Tustin with professional and experienced hairdressers. The decor is beautiful, the atmosphere is fantastic, and the stylists are all very friendly!
