Okay so, I have to phrase things gently here because over all, I do want to come back here at least for hair services. I always tip, and for the most part Ive at least felt decently satisfied to VERY satisfied with my hairdressers. Andrea was awesome, Molly (currently, June 2018) is great. Now I wont name any names here but nails... I dont know if the girl who did mine just didnt want me to return but, I paid $30 for a mani pedi with gels on my hands and well... its bad enough that I would say it wasnt worth the $30 bucks. The actual hand cleaning and massage etc were fine, but the paint job is pretty slap dash. The color isnt spread evenly across the entire nail the paint is up on my cuticles which causes it to peel off. I dont know. Im really sad because I wanted to support locally certifying these ladies but... I could get better at any walk in nail parlor. Take a look at my results and see yourself. Very nice aesthetic and clean and professional looking salon. Very happy with my haircut from Maggie. Looks like they also do nails, spa, and massage although I didnt utilize those services. The only complaint I have is that they do not accept credit cards. I had to walk across the parking lot to use an ATM machine and was charged $3 fee. I find this a bit cheesy that a salon doesnt want to pay a credit card fee, but will happily pass it along to their customers. Also, when I went to pay cash, there was not enough cash in the till to give me $3 change. Nice place, but maybe they could just improve their transaction hassles for the convenience of their customers. more ... less ...

Nice people and great service! Loved my nails for college graduation and got many compliments -- the salonist adapted a design of a rose to my liking. Fashion Nails and Spa is definitely my go-to nail salon :)

Went in not even a week ago with my daughter and my nails already broke. The 3rd day I woke up with my index nail broken. How the heck does a nail break at night??? Then two more the next day. Then two more the next day. The lady did them so thin. I ended up having to cut the rest of them down to my natural nail size to avoid the rest breaking at inconvenient times. We went in wanting to get mommy/daughter mani pedis. They ended up redoing my daughters nails twice because their gels sucked and the lady doing hers was too nervous and cut my daughters cuticles with the drill! They split us up instead of waiting for my full set to be done like I had requested. Her nails chipped the next day. It was closing time by the time they decided to do my pedi. I declined because I didn’t want to be rushed. I didn’t even get to enjoy my pedi because it took all but 10 mins. Over $50 FOR 10 MINUTES! When it came time to pay, the lady up front was overcharging me and didn’t know what the heck I was trying to say so I just got frustrated and agreed to pay it so we could leave. I asked if they did cash back and she said yes at the ATM. I said no do you guys personally do cash back because the ATM is going to charge me. She said “no, no charge.” I got home and it charged me over $9 to take money out. They told me it was a 20% discount for my daughter’s services (that they did not apply) because she was under a certain age. Then they charged me for “long nails”. MY NAILS WERE MEDIUM SIZED. She cut more than HALF of the tip off. Just ridiculous. Never going there again. I’m sticking to TT Nails. Almost $200 for literally nothing. more ... less ...

I was shocked Because it was a full house in their that Saturday morning and their phones were off the hook.\nI waited about 10mins to be seen, and a wounderful lady who I wish I could tell you the name of, did gel nails for me, and that look and felt fantastic! She complimented my natural nails and how healthy they looked, she was prompt and friendly with her service and handled a diffrent disgruntled lady (not me) well.\nWithin 20minutes my nails were done, I was relaxed and I was out the door! Very happy with my service, its been a week and my nails still look intact and have not fallen off.\nMy gel manicure was $30, + a $10 tip, and to me it was definitely worth it! Their prices have gone up because of the wage increases, but so has everything else these days.\nAll in all, I would recommend this place for basic care needs and make sure to tip your manicurist☺🙂 more ... less ...

Honestly, if this establishment closes due to tax fraud, I wouldn’t be surprised.\n\nThey charged us $160 dollars and they didn’t want to give us a little extra lotion. Even after we tipped $5 per person who helped us. DEFINITELY not worth your money. It’d be cheaper for you to drive to LA, pay for gas, and get a quality spa day. Including the service. I got yelled at by two associates for asking to see what the break down was and for requesting a receipt. Basically, since I already paid, I wasn’t worth being treated like a customer any longer.\n\nUltimately, it’s just our fault for choosing this place. We won’t be going here again. I went in on a Friday, I called ahead for an appointment which when I arrived they got me right in. They started with Pedicure, the pedicure was amazing no complaints regarding that. They started with Pedicure, the pedicure was amazing no complaints regarding that. When it comes to the new full set of acrylic nails let’s just say I’m less than impressed. The gentleman that did my pedicure also did my acrylic nails very nice man but I’m left with what looks like chiclet gum pieces on my nails. None of them have the same shape, they are so wide when I asked him to narrow him he said they looked fine and most of them are crooked. I went in to the salon because my nail lady is out of the country and I wanted to get my nails done for a wedding, I didn’t have time to find another salon to fix them so I was stuck with them for the wedding. I spent $140 and left unsatisfied besides the amazing pedicure I did get. The owner of the salon needs to be aware of the quality the nail techs are doing. I would definitely go back for a pedicure but I will wait for my nail lady to come back or I find a different place to do my acrylics. Another note the salon could use a deep cleaning. I’m not one to be grossed out by things but the nail stations were covered in dust/debris and the windowsills covered in bugs and nails debris. I know there’s gonna be a lot of nail dust from the drilling but it look like it hadn’t been wiped down in years. Also it’s summer time turn the A/C on so your clients are comfortable and not sticking to the chairs.
