And it wont take up my whole day since its local for me :) its been almost 2 wks on my gel manicure and its still holding up great. It all started with at-home gel polished nails for a wedding. Then I went to my first nail salon to get them removed and redone. My biggest issue was the snagging of my hair upon week two.\n\nI tried a different nail shop and tried the dip. Unfortunately, I had the same issue two weeks in. OK, third try, regular gel at a new place. Not only did the same problem occur, but my nail also broke the next day. Going back wasnt pleasant (refer to my reviews to see how that went).\n\nMy friend went to Tips & Toes and tagged them on IG. I checked out the reviews and saw they specialized in Gel X. Ok, but what is that? If you refer to their IG page theyve got you covered with full descriptions and videos.\n\nSo I scheduled with Annette. I got a pedi and a new gel x set. She was very knowledgable and took her time answering any questions I may have had. It took about 2 hours. The other places I went, they would rush through so I appreciated not being rushed on.\n\nThe shape, thickness and color were even better than anticipated. The length was the longest Ive ever gone and I was not very gentle with my nails as they were still new to me. I had a little lifting but any issues I had Annette happily made time for me to come in and fix my nail(s).\n\nI just went in for my second set and went a little shorter. Im loving the length. This is probably going to be my new go-to. Im hooked and I will continue to come back. This is the fourth nail shop I went to and I wont be going anywhere else.\n\nI am very easy going when it comes to what I want. I look for people who care. People who are good at what they do and therefore I trust to make decisions with their professional expertise to see what is suiting per person. When I get my hair cut, I trust the stylist to decide what they think suits me and go for it. I strive to find people who I can trust will make choices for me because I trust their taste. So far, I have not been let down. I trust my nail tech and her eye and opinion on colors and shapes. If you dont trust yours maybe you should reconsider why youre going there. more ... less ...

I am writing this review to educate people on the importance of being careful when getting a pedicure.\n\nOn Saturday July 7th I came in for a pedicure and the lady that did my pedicure cut me on both sides of my left bi I am writing this review to educate people on the importance of being careful when getting a pedicure.\n\nOn Saturday July 7th I came in for a pedicure and the lady that did my pedicure cut me on both sides of my left big toe (she cut me significantly because I felt the pain right away)\n\nYou would think she would have apologized right away but she didn’t. It wasn’t until she noticed that I was upset that she said sorry and starting trying to complement the color I chose, which I found really ridiculous because she hadn’t said much to me since she began.\n\nI informed the lady in the front that I had been cut and I wanted to know how they sanitized the utensils they assured me that they take sanitation very serious.\n\nUnfortunately the next day my toe was inflamed and I was in pain. At work I was lipping and began to get concerned and scared. To make matters worst on Monday I woke up with the same pain and puss coming out of one of the cuts. Thankfully I went to my grandmothers house and she had me stick my foot in warm water with salt to clean the wound.\n\nI called the establishment and informed them of what had happened but was offered no apology. I asked to speak to the owner but was told she was unavailable, I left a message but have yet to hear from someone.\n\nIt so upsetting that I was not told that getting a cut like that can lead to serious issue and you can look up the dangers of it. I would think if not for my safety for the their own protection that could have been more concerned about what happened. more ... less ...

I absolutely adore the nail color even more so then the original I was going to pick. She gave me a should massage as well which exceeded my expectations, I definitely will be back! Cut it way too short, even after checking numerous times to make sure she wasnt cutting off the length. She said she was going to take off maybe an inch, and my hair is now 3.5\" shorter. Vy kept on filing on to my cuticles with the electric nail filer. i yelled at her many times because of how much it hurt. when she took off the polish from the last time i went, i told her to do a new set and she kept telling me that she doesn’t have time. like, what kind of a worker is that!!!??? don’t ever come to this place because they’re so rude. never will i return. more ... less ...

By them I was already waiting 1hr and 30 min.. this is not a good customer service, they talk with customer and take their time to finish, even though there is more people waiting. They were very friendly and its a nice place but I have to be honest. I felt like they were rushing and not doing their best work. It was a simple acrylic set, no designs, with matching toes. They said that they could do it. When they started painting my toes and feet, they did the complete opposite of what I asked; Its not even close, but its still cute. My nails are a bit lumpy, and the cuticles are messy. Some of my fingers hurt because he kept burning me with the drill. Also instead of them soaking my previous nails off. The guy literally popped them off manually and it hurt. The work they did on me was cute but its definitely not worth the money I paid.. more ... less ...

What ever they use on nails are not good at all cause I have ingraving and it ate my nail as well and they havent refund me or helped me with my situation they put me threw
