My mom, sisters, and I were regulars here for over 10 years. Then the salon changed; they started taking every walk-in and if you made an appointment they completely disregarded it. I came back because I know their gel manicures last and my wedding is coming up. 3 weeks ago I made an appointment for a gel manicure and waited half an hour before they sat me. Came back today and half an hour went by and they still hadn’t even started. Running 10-15 minutes behind appointments is understandable, but to consistently keep your appointments waiting for half an hour, especially when the client is on-time, isn’t professional. The place seemed great at the time... But a week later my moms feet began to swell and feel tingily and got a bad Viral infection called cellulitis from their dirty equipment. At first she didnt think anything of it but The place seemed great at the time... Dont come here, not only do they not do a good job and theyre rude on top of it all. My mom and I came here and she asked for the dip powder. Instead the lady in charge told the nail tech to add a completely different color than the one my mom asked for on top, and insisted it would somehow turn out the color my mom requested. When it was apparent that it was not turning out like the color she asked for, we asked them to change it again. At this point not only were the nails the wrong color but they were so bulky from the excessive layers of powder. The lady who was in charge began to give us attitude telling another customer that it was my moms fault because she should have picked one color. She then came over to my mom saying she would fix it and began trying to file the mountains of dip powder, when she saw that it was too much she decided to start over. She continued making remarks and cut my mom. I confronted her about the remarks and she complained about how it was taking her two hours to do my moms nails! All this to say, theyre very rude. I can’t say more than it just was 1000% service with discussing the design and making the job very fast and with the top quality and having the place 100% clean and neat. I used to be a regular and came back after four years to the same duo running the shop. I always call and make the earliest appointment available which is usually 9-930 even though they open at 10. Ive always loved their gel coffin style acrylic nail with gel pedicure. They take their time and do an amazing job only thing is people walk in and out and make appointments for a later time or get all loud about how they dont want to wait. Sometimes it can be a little uncomfortable because they look at you like its your fault. the service I received here was around $50 give or take depending on my length and sometimes extra design where other places charge me around $80. My nails and toes last always 3-4 weeks and still looking really good. I am always satisfied for what I always got. They are worth it. Everyone has their favorites and this one is mine for sure. This place is amazing……\nThe sweet Alex always do my nails especially since I always do designs on my nails, she is the best, a really big thank you to you for making my nails look fabulous all the times. I thought I would give them a second try and today she tried doing the same thing to my nails and I had to stop her and tell her I no longer wanted her to work on my nails. She does not know how to do nails that arent thick and wide. She of course proceeded to talk about me in her language like they always do. But if Im going to spend a $105 I would think that my nails should be to my liking. more ... less ...

Got gel x nails, the lady put the wrong sizes on my nails so you can see my nails sticking out from the side. then she didn’t blend them good enough into my nail, so when she painted over them there’s a significant dip in my nail and the paint job is not even. I basically look like I need a fill already. Asked for French tip on almond shape and kept asking for her to fix the shape of the tip, nothing was fixed. I have OCD so having these on my hands is making me miserable. I felt like I wasn’t listened to and the job was done lazy and rushed. My sister got hers done too, same thing mani and pedi in about thirty minutes. Rushed and No care gone into the work. Your better off with press on nails. more ... less ...

I got dip powder on my nails. Louis was my technician, and he was very professional. My nails are natural and lovely. By far the best dip powder I’ve had done, and I’ve had many done before.
