I decided to go to Diva for a mani/pedi before my upcoming beach vacation. I made an appointment for a standard pedi, and a dip powder mani (my first one)! Unlike most places, the manicurist didnt rush to get me out of there as fast as possible...she took her time during the entire process and did an amazing job! This mall is one of my favorite indoor malls in Colorado. As a child that grew up with indoor malls I love how this mall is a wonderful option in all seasons whereas the outdoor malls are typically only good in the summe This mall is one of my favorite indoor malls in Colorado. This mall has a lot of fun stores including, lunch box, that you cannot find anywhere else north of the mall. I like that theres a lot of options to choose from in the food court and that theres a ton of different small vendors that you can shop with on your way to each store. This is also a great mall because it has a childrens area and a really nice outdoor section that leads to the movie theater. Ive lived here for 7 years and have went through a painful nail tech search from Longmont, Westminster, and Thornton. Ive gone to salons, individual people, small companies, etc but no one does my nails like KEN. Nobody. My sisters and I have been usual clients for about a year and some change now. My sister found them and then after seeing how wonderful her nails would turn out EVERY TIME (her nails are the purple sparkly set on the main photos) we had to make this our regular place!! Not to mention Ken is very sweet and will work to make sure youre satisfied, and he doesnt charge a ton either. Yet he still manages to make every set look priceless. Ive gone to other nail salons here and there whenever i wouldnt have a chance to go to Nail Concepts and ive regretted it😂 I always end up saying to myself \"Why didnt I book Ken\". Ive moved to denver now and this place is a bit far from me but that doesnt change anything. I will always be a regular as long as Im in Colorado!! Go here, please!🥰 more ... less ...

I purchased a full set of gel nails on May 7, 2022. The place was slammed and despite having an appt, it took 2+ hours to compete. I kept being moved around from chair to chair while 1 of the 2 people helped other people during my nail appt.\n\nIt was also almost impossible to understand the woman who was helping me, so you should know exactly what you want and not expect good communication. I didn’t know if I should get acrylic or gel or powder tips or what. Luckily another patron recommended gel while there.\n\nThe nails themselves looked very nice when done (pics below). I was told this type of Gel nails should last 2-4wks easily however, the first one popped off 3 days later, followed by a second the day after. And needless to say the complete set was gone by the following weekend which we were visiting with friends. I was super disappointed as my first time getting my nails done in a decade.\n\nMy friend was very happy with her pedicure and goes there regularly. Maybe full sets just aren’t their thing 🤷🏻‍♀️ Would not recommend for this service. more ... less ...

I found this place early this year when I noticed a neighbor would go weeks with no chips. Apparently they use a high quality top coat. I now enjoy getting manis and get them more often (4-6 weeks vs 2-3x a year) because the quality is incredible. Bee the owner is wonderful. Her and Van are great with creative designs. My is my go-to for incredible pedicures that are nice and long. If you’re not completely thrilled with your current place, try here. more ... less ...

First off, I walked in for a pedicure, the lady who did my pedicure was also the same lady who did my manicure. She had a bad attitude the entire time, was rough handed, and barely spoke a word to me even when she hurt me with the drill FOUR times. Never apologized, and also didn’t even do them well. I kept telling her to re-file them because my nails were slanted on almost every finger. Also she left empty spots or over painted other spots. I was there with my friend earlier. Although we do not understand Vietnamese, it was obvious that they were talking about us because they kept looking pointedly. Overall, poor service, the vibe was bad, and the people were unprofessional. more ... less ...
