I paid 65$ for manicure and regular pedicure to this place. Near by my house, this cost me 55$.\n\nI went to this place because it was a birthday gift. I trusted they would do a good job but not at all. It’s one wee I paid 65$ for manicure and regular pedicure to this place. It’s one week after and I have to remove the nail polish. Normally when I do gel manicure it last me several weeks. It is very disappointing- what a spoiled birthday gift. Not recommended.\n\nI had a busy working week. Come Saturday I call to tell them about it they said “don’t worry, we will fix it.” I got ready. Driving Halfway to the salon, they call me and said “we are sorry, boss says we can’t.” This is a worst customer service I have ever seen in USA. I am a medical esthetic student here and I have found it an amazing place to learn! While researching programs, I found both Gary and Lora to be incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and decided this was the place for me I am a medical esthetic student here and I have found it an amazing place to learn! While researching programs, I found both Gary and Lora to be incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and decided this was the place for me. I have felt nothing but support throughout the program and feel incredibly blessed to be a part of such an amazing group of people. Our little class has become like family and I am so grateful. Whenever we have had post grads come in to join us for classes we continually hear how lucky we are to be learning from Lora. She is always upbeat, professional, supportive, and incredibly knowledgeable and up to date on all topics covered. I highly recommend this place for training AND treatment! more ... less ...

Poor customer service. Room for improvement. I’ve been to several nail salons where they will take guests until 15-30 mins prior to close during business hours. This place will not accommodate for service when they still remain open for business...even when it is not busy. This is an easy way to lose business, especially from a local CEO who owns her own company herself—works hard and long & late hours. There is a clientele of successful individuals who work late and cannot always come in before 5-6pm. I recommend the owner to put the customer first. You will be rewarded later for the effort.
