Had to ask the bartender for silverware/a napkin who told us to go ask the host stand. The tables in the restaurant were not full. Explained the frustration to our server, no apology. He dropped off the check at the table and walked away without saying a word. Destiny, the manager, told me that even if i went home to shower and come back to get it CORRECTED, that i wouldn’t be allowed to tan till tomorrow. i am in a wedding and am leaving in the morning, and she was so unwilling to help. i understand the 24 hour policy when it comes to bed tanning, but there was absolutely no reason for her to deny the CORRECTION of my spray tan. she was very unhelpful and left me with a very sour taste for ATB. customer service and kindness is definitely lacking here, would definitely advise their upper supervisors to have their employees be better with their customers. more ... less ...

I have gone here before, and they are always so nice and friendly and always do a great job. I cld for an apt and specifically asked if they were opened on Labor Day, and they stated yes. So they scheduled me an apt for I have gone here before, and they are always so nice and friendly and always do a great job. However, I went to my apt at my scheduled time and there was a note on the door said that they were closed Labor Day. Luckily I was able to get them done w/o an apt at another place, as our nails were needing to be done for a trip we had planned… and this was the last day we had available to get them done. I have been getting my nails done for years at many different places. Magic nails by far has been the best, not only with the actual look of the nails but pricing and kindness. Nails were okay. the man who did my nails seemed really rushed. Missed putting the acrylic on parts of my nail. I had excess nail polish all over my fingers. Didnt put cuticle oil on or didnt direct me to wash my hands when finished. When my nails were finishing drying he got up and left. Didn’t tell me anything, or ask if I liked how they looked. I got up and saw him running out the door to take a smoke break. Incredibly unprofessional. I normally love coming here because of the excellent nails Ive received in the past. The last time I visited them, I left with decent results; however, this experience was an overall amazing time. My nails always stay on for longer than acrylics from other salons, and the results never cease to be incredible. They pull off my reference designs flawlessly and always leave my nails looking beautiful!\n\nDespite the hour and a half wait due to some overbooking (and a minor miscommunication over the phone that resulted in 15 min difference between the appointment I scheduled over the phone and the one they wrote down), they did a wonderful job once I sat in the chair. Jana is so talented and professional. She focuses meticulously on details, functionality, and creating an aesthetically pleasing look. 10/10 recommend - just in case though, make sure you have nothing scheduled for about an hour and a half after your initial appointment time. It’s always good to have a cushion in your schedule haha.\n\nThey are busy people too, and they choose to put in the extra time and care to go above and beyond!
