Just because I purchased a Groupon to test their services, they cancelled my scheduled appointment (via text) and told me that I could only schedule an appointment only M-F between 10 and 4 most days - 10 and 5 some days. I work till 6 M-F, and that was not explained on the details of their Groupon. I felt very man-handled and do not appreciate how they would simply cancel my appointment for using THEIR offer. I never got the chance to speak to them since they would only text me, and their texts were very rude.
