I have no idea why in this world I would go any where else (some times I get gift certificates for shops in denver from my kids. Nice gift but questionable stylest). I have known Bev and Terry for years. Back when Parker I have no idea why in this world I would go any where else (some times I get gift certificates for shops in denver from my kids. Nice gift but questionable stylest). I have known Bev and Terry for years. Back when Parker livable...1980s...they were the best in Parker then. Now they are the best in the whole south end of Denver. Maybe I will go so far as to say -----they are the BEST in the whole Denver area...they know hair and they listen to you!! They are reasonable on pricing and stand by their work..AMAZING...(THEY HAVE NEVER DISAPPOINTED ME). more ... less ...

Im a nurse and my cuticles gets really dry and thick from all the hand washing. Once in a while, I get a manicure. I went to La Belle today, hoping that my cuticles will get \"pampered\". I went to La Belle today, hoping that my cuticles will get \"pampered\". The technician worked on my hand for 20 mins (gel manicure). When it was done, I noticed that my cuticles werent really cleaned/removed. So I told her, she looked at it and didnt say anything. The owner or manager, the same thing, didnt say a word. So I told them I wanted it removed, since that was the reason why I came in the first place. The manager couldnt even accommodate me back at the time that works for me; she said theyre \"fully booked\" already. I explained that, I wouldnt have to return if it was done properly in the first place. I told her its more of an inconvenience for me to go back for something that shouldve been taken cared of the first time. She then agreed with the time that I requested. It was very poor customer service, not even an apology that I was not happy or satisfied their work. If they were in a rush, then they shouldnt be accepting walk-ins. If they were my patient, and pooped their pants and need help cleaning it. I will wipe that butt until I do not see anymore skid-marks. I wont leave it half-wiped/ half clean. more ... less ...

By the end of my visit it ended up being $66.00 with tip.\nThey don’t use drill tools, and appointment that should have taken 45 mins to 1 hour, took 2 hours. And the white tip wasn’t dipping powder it was gel polish. One of my nails chipped after less then a week. I called and they couldn’t get me in till the following day on the later afternoon. So I had to go someplace else to get my nail fixed the right way. The ladies are nice. But the rating of a 4.9 I would expect a lot better quality of service and better pricing and more options to get it fixed. more ... less ...

I agreed as she said I do feet and hands for $55. I sat down and started my pedicure while the nail polish was wrapped with acetone. Lady cut my nail long ways down into my skin I said ouch and the ladies start speaking Chinese or Korean comes takes a picture says nothing wrong yet it burns and u can see a small blood bot. Any one knows that the slightest discomfort in your toes or nails over cut affect you when u start to walk plus it burned and hurt. Lady start to talk to other customer and shows her my toe photo who does that so disrespectful and RUDE. They go on talking all kind of words in there language witch makes me feel so uncomfortable and disrespected. I asked to stop and let me leave I did pay for what they had done so far. I had money to pay I just was not wanting to do all that and I came out with a half pink toe nail.\nNot recommended more ... less ...

I started a job as a flight attendant and my schedule changed and sadly made it hard to work with Ogis part time schedule. Before I went to I have gone here for several years. Ogi is awesome she is my favorite nail tech! I started a job as a flight attendant and my schedule changed and sadly made it hard to work with Ogis part time schedule. Before I went to Tip to Toe I went to Magic Nails on Lincoln and Yosemite. I live in Parker and wanted somewhere closer to home and was very happy with the service I received from Ogi at Tip to Toe Nails. On one occasion I ended up having to go back to Magic Nails since Ogi was off the day I needed her and when I went back to Tip to Toe they charged me $5 more. They said it was because I went somewhere else. Even though I was a long time customer and the products that was used at both salons were exactly the same, the owner Amy said she wouldnt make any exceptions and would always charge me the extra $5 if I went somewhere else after going there and when I asked her if she was willing to loose a customer over $5 she said yes and hung up on me. I will never go back to Tip to Toe Nails! And Id like to add that Magic Nails has never charged extra for going elsewhere in-between visits. more ... less ...
