This is a wonderful salon. I get my hair and nails done here. The owner, Jackie does a great job on my hair. Jackie gave me some deep conditiong treatments and within a few months my hair was no longer like straw. It was shiny and soft and my perms look great! I got a regular pedicure & a shellac manicure in preparation to be in a wedding, and both turned out great! She took great care of my cuticles which were in desperate need of attention. I’m honestly conflicted on this review. I got a pedi and an ombre full set.\nThe pedi was a normal one with no special requirements or requests. She made me feel so relaxed I almost fell asleep. Also the nail work she’s done is precise and beautiful.\nHowever, the ombre full set didn’t turn out as good. The coloring is uneven. The acrylic layers are clumpy and thick. Each finger is different in shape, length, and coloring style. Some nails are shorter and thicker than others. All in all it turned out not okay. I paid 66 for it and it hurts me that I paid that amount of money for poorly done nail art. Ive been coming to Exotic Nails for quite a few months now which is a long time for me. I usually will only go to a place once and ignore my nails for the rest of the year😂\nToday they did my re-base and I am very Ive been coming to Exotic Nails for quite a few months now which is a long time for me. I literally have never gotten a re-base because my nails usually dont stay on that long.\nThey are so welcoming and make you feel so comfortable, thats probably why I keep going back. They listen to what you want and make sure you are happy with the shape and design. I always get a full set and the deluxe pedicure which is so relaxing! For someone who is almost 8 months pregnant and cant see her feet anymore, the pedicure is a MUST! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! more ... less ...

Honestly she was great! She takes appointments only, and we all walked in, like all 4 of us it was a girls date. I mean she served all of us by herself. What bothered me was the employee picked up the dog put on a chair next to her and then without washing hands proceeded to work on clients nails, mine included. This happened several times without washing hands.\n\nThe next thing was my manicure was not dry all the way and while running errands, I saw polish chipped and bubbled on 2 nails. My polish started coming off 2 days later. I was out of town so no way could I go back.\n\nI will not be returning more ... less ...
