I went in today before I leave for Europe tomorrow and found out Angel nails had been bought out. From the minute you walk in you feel rushed. From the minute you walk in you feel rushed. In all the years of getting pedicures and manicures I have have never coached a technician. Today when I left I sat in my car and filed my nails, jagged edges, nails different lengths, which I mentioned while in the salon. I bought a pedicure and a manicure and felt rushed the entire time. I never felt that sense of relaxation you should feel in a salon. I felt sorry for the technician that helped me, she just seemed rushed. She wanted to put on my sandals immediately after painting my toes. While she was finishing my pedicure I was looking for a new salon. It’s s shame that it has turned into a nail processing salon without the experienced staff. Too bad! But I found a new salon. The friendliness and the banter are gone as well. I would not recommend this place , the last two times there was poor service., I had gotten 3d art and it fell off immediately and caught on everything I went back on a Tuesday since they are closed on Monday the lady to I would not recommend this place , the last two times there was poor service., I had gotten 3d art and it fell off immediately and caught on everything I went back on a Tuesday since they are closed on Monday the lady told me I had to pay I was super bummed because i paid extra for the design and now I had to pay an extra amount for the removal 2 days later, I didn’t argue because I chose the design, this last time I went to get them done I got shellac full set with red glitter I got home and noticed all my nails were wavy and thick so I went back the following day and the guy was rude told me that that is how glitter polish is I\nDisagreed with him because I have gotten glitter polish before and it was not wavy or thick I then told him that if that was the case then you guys should give customers warnings about the polish ! I pay a lot for my nails to get done, i want them to be pretty! I also expected a little compassion because I do go there every two weeks\nit would of been nice to have understanding customer service Instead of another greedy nail shop , also they all are pretty rude there and the massages are not good also they don’t know how to schedule, you tell them a time and you still end up waiting, this was with everyone, I wouldn’t recommend, they just lost a great customer. more ... less ...

I was concerned because the tools they used on my hands and feet were not clean, they had residue from previous clients. But when you speak up youre the bad guy. My pink and white nails were 65 and were painted on white because he did too much pink and said it was to late. Paid 150 total including tip. Went in 2 days later to tell them I wasnt satisfied. They made me an appointment for it to get fixed and honestly made it worse. The guy that tried to fix my hands doesnt even do nails on a daily basis. My toes chipped off by the cuticle where she just painted over one layer of Polish. He told me just to not show people the bottom or side of my nails to just to show them from the top and laughed. Super disappointed. Edit: how horrible the reply to this review is, they never want to take responsibility and own up that they messed up. Its always someone elses fault. They dont even listen nobody said that my friends complimented my nails. Im supposed to be happy because somebody else doesnt have to look at them every minute of the day. Would not recommend.
