I came in early on Saturday the man was very helpful immediately took me and started my nails but the Yin and Yang symbol I wanted he was not able to do I had to wait for the woman who ended up coming into work late she I came in early on Saturday the man was very helpful immediately took me and started my nails but the Yin and Yang symbol I wanted he was not able to do I had to wait for the woman who ended up coming into work late she was very rude I asked for matte black nails I didn’t get it and I asked for the design to be on four of my nails when I tried to tell her she cut me off and said she knew which ones I wanted the design on…clearly she didn’t and I was noticing she wasn’t fully getting the tip of my nails kept having to point out that the tip wasn’t fully painted or that black nails polish was drying all over my cuticle. I let allllll of that go for the next morning my nails to be literally peeling off! I called right away for it to be fixed but since I am a working mother with two small children I don’t have the luxury to just get up and go to the salon whenever and they won’t set me up an appointment to fix it?! Or refund me my money. This is a inconvenience to me on a service I paid them to do for me! $50 for my nails to look terrible a day later, no thank you! Honestly the woman that did my nails seemed more concerned about where the woman waiting for her friend had gone to get her pedicure instead of me the person she was doing the service on. more ... less ...

Went here recently for the first time. The staff is kind and the woman who did my nails did a great job! I went there to get a fill, an acrylic with gel French manicure with a silver line across them. Not too challenging I thought. WRONG. Mary butchered my real nails into nothing, filing away my skin and cuticles along with my nails. Once the painful part was over she applied acrylic thickly on the nail and all around the nail. Then when she painted them you wouldve thought a blind lady did them. You could see my old nail polish on them, the silver line wasnt even a line and the nwhite tips were all different sizes.The place is dark so you cant see how bad they look until you leave. I spent 3 hours getting them done three times total because they looked hideous and I was embarrassed to have them on me. Yes, I paid $28 for garbage nails. The next day I went to Tip Top Nails to fix them and when they saw my nails they thought I did them at home. Please dont go here, even the owner is only decent. more ... less ...

Again, she stated that was impossible. I then told her that I called the week before when I began the planning process and the employee told me that it wouldnt be a problem at all. I never was rude or raised my voice. I did express that I was disappointed. At which time, she HUNG UP ON ME! So very unprofessional. I will NOT ever give my business to someone who would hang up on a potential customer. I was going to bring them good business and free advertising by having moms bring their daughter to the party. Guess they must be doing so well that they can treat people like that.\nWell, I called Elle Nails and they were MORE than happy to take us. I got a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish and my nail tech listened to what I wanted and was very gentle which I loved! Also I have clubbed thumbs and it was no issue for my nail tech which Ive always had issues with this in other nail salons! I went there for the first time today based on positive reviews and I have zero complaints. I got a gel manicure and a lavender spa pedicure with gel on my toes as well. Nancy gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my life and I get my feet done every 3 weeks for the past 20+ years. I’m a little traumatized with bad experiences in the past from the cuticle nipper (at other salons) and she was so gentle with it that I didn’t even feel it. The pedicure included callus remover, two different files, a leg mask, a 10 minute massage with lotion and an additional massage with hot stones. It lasted about an hour. She also did an amazing job on my nails which were a little thin from recent acrylics but she actually made them feel stronger than they have in a long time. Polish application is perfect also. This place is spotlessly clean and everything is brand new. Tons of color options and they offer additional services also. They gave me a punch card good for $10 off after 10 services with them. 5 stars. 10/10 would recommend. This is definitely my new nail salon. more ... less ...
