Beautiful salon. Went there for the first time today. Had a 9 am appointment to get my nails done for my engagement photos. The lady was nice who did them, never have done the powder dips. It’s too bad I couldn’t give a higher rating as she was texting on her phone the whole time and showed up 15 min late for my appointment. I’m unsure of the protocols but she never trimmed my cuticles, and it took her an hour and a half to do them. Not sure if I’ll be back. more ... less ...

Absolutely love it here! My grandmother and I come here all the time for a girls day out. Rosa is fabulous, and so sweet and she does a beautiful job! This place was horrible. Ive been getting my nails done for years, Ive gotten everything from manicures, acrylic, to gel, and this place was absolutely the worst. I decided to get acrylic to save a little money and the l This place was horrible. Ive been getting my nails done for years, Ive gotten everything from manicures, acrylic, to gel, and this place was absolutely the worst. I decided to get acrylic to save a little money and the lady who did mine, \"Wendy\" acted like it was her first time doing nails. She clumped the acrylic on with a thick brush that was way to big for creating natural looking nails, she then took about an hour just shaping them with a NAIL FILE, when most places usually use a drill for a more perfect look. then she painted them pink and white, and the white lines were all crooked. I was so furious after spending $55 that I had to drive all the way back the next day and request the manager fix them. The manager, \"Sandy\" did fix them very nicely, and credited me with a free pedicure..but then not even 3 days later they all started lifting, probably because the original foundation done by Wendy was done so poorly. I honestly think I could have done them better myself! more ... less ...

Terrible customer service. Lisa burnt my girlfriends fingers. Told her she was too sensitive when she told her that she was getting burned by the filing machine. Multiple times. Told her you should see through the nail polish when clearly she just didnt want to do the job right and wouldnt repaint properly when it was a fill regular and cost $40. Didnt get what I paid for at all for her. Waste of money never again will she go there. more ... less ...
