Simply Nail & Spa always does a high quality job and the establishment is very clean. I’ve tried almost all nail salons in Branford and they are by far my favorite. I’ve gone for the past few months for a pedicure and gel manicure and the result has lasted me at at least 2-3 weeks without chipping. I am in complete disbelief of something I witness while getting my nails done at this business today. There was a women with a disability (she only had 2 fingers) that came into the shop. She asked the man if they could I am in complete disbelief of something I witness while getting my nails done at this business today. There was a women with a disability (she only had 2 fingers) that came into the shop. She asked the man if they could do her nails, as they saw she only had two fingers he denied her service stating no he wouldn’t only do the two fingers. I am completely disgusted by this and they will NEVER get my service ever again as I’ve been coming here for quite some time. If you support this business please ask them to do better! I for sure saw the women crying in her car. I will be reporting this to the A.D.A as this is NEVER okay!! I must come back to add that I just saw the response from this business and what they said in their response is a complete lie which furthermore upset me that they’re now adding insult to injury to this poor women instead of trying to fix their mistake! Eva’s I am simply speechless. If your reading this review do yourself a favor and not give your money to this business their nasty attitude could be towards you next. Even regular mani pedi comes off the polish is flaky.When I was getting my nails done there were multiple other lady’s so unhappy and arguing with the workers because of the way there nails have turned out. Worst customer service and rude. First time customer and had the worst experience. We were traveling 30 minutes to get there and got stuck in I95 traffic. When we walked in 35 minutes late, they acted as if we didn’t have an appointment. She finally acknowledged us and she said I have customer in 15 minutes, you’re 40 minutes late. I apologized and said we hit heavy traffic. Can you please do my 90 year old mother’s nails. I wasn’t asking her to take someone’s appointment but she didn’t offer any reschedule. I said we traveled far. She immediately said, you should have left earlier, I again explained there was an accident on I95 and we called. Then she said repeated her comment and said next time leave earlier, at this point I said there will not be a next time. She then started shouting “get out, get out”. Their one single customer getting a pedicure looked horrified as she heard the owner shouting get out. The place was empty on a Saturday with 3 employees - That should tell you something.\n\nWe immediately left and went right next door to the adjacent plaza at Simply Nails & Spa (see photo).
