The worst experience ever. I went to Hue BK. I walked in with long almond shaped nails. She asked if I wanted to keep the shape and I said yes just cut them down a little. I want the same shape I came in with. She did them pointy (sharp) smh I told her no I don’t like these. She then proceeded to tell me because she cut them she can’t do the same shape. Had she told me that when I asked her to cut them I would’ve never got them cut. I am very picky about my nail shape. I’ve been going to one nail salon for over 10 years but the person that does my nails was not around today and I had 3 broken nails. So I googled this place and went there. Anywho I tell her to cut them and do them short and square because she can’t get the shape right. She said she can’t do it, she will have her husband fix them for me. Her husband sits down and immediately insults me by asking do I know the difference between pointy and almond. Now I been getting almond for 4+ years why wouldn’t I know the difference. He starts drawing the two shapes on a piece of paper. When I really just wanted my nails fixed. We’re going back and forth and he’s telling me how he’s been doing nails for over 10 years but in the same sentence he tells me he can’t fix them. Long story short I left very unhappy and I will never return for any services. They were too busy worrying about if I knew the different shapes instead of just fixing my nails and making me a happy customer. Way too cocky and the service was horrible. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! The only reason I gave one star is because I had to. I would give them zero stars. more ... less ...

Everyone is so nice (special shout out to Kaitlin and Sarah!) and the shop ha I absolutely LOVE Nail Ninja! I loved my initial manicure with Kaitlin so much that I booked standing appointments with her immediately when I got home. We started doing BIAB in April and my nails have never been stronger or longer! Kaitlin always comes up with amazing design ideas and I leave each appointment loving my nails even more than the last time! The gentleman that was doing my nail he did not know what he was doing. He try painting my nails multiple time. I ask the owner if she could fix my nail because I was not happy with the result. She snap at me and and raised her voice that it made me feel so uncomfortable.So I stop the lady Pedicured I needed to stop her because I felt uncomfortable. When I walk out she call me crazy because I did not like the service gentleman try fixing them 3x. Too many time. I went there to get refill pedicure and eyebrow. I received a gel mani and pedi last week on July 8th. After two days of having the pedi, after walking outside the gel on my left toe became melted looking and chipped off but I blamed it on myself from walking in the he I received a gel mani and pedi last week on July 8th. After two days of having the pedi, after walking outside the gel on my left toe became melted looking and chipped off but I blamed it on myself from walking in the heat. But now, a week later, chipping is happening on all of my nails including my hands. You can even tell where the gel was not laid thickly at all and you can see through to the nail. I called in today about this and was told I’d need to pay to get it fixed. When I stated that gel manis and pedis are meant to last 2-3 weeks, the guy said that sometimes it doesn’t. That’s a regular polish if it lasts a week only. It’s a scam to charge ppl for a gel polish knowing it will last only as long as regular. This place used to be great but never have I had a worst gel mani + pedi and never has any business told me that I need to come back to pay to get something fixed they have messed up on. The only reason a gel would chip that early is because of the application. more ... less ...
