Employees at this place are incredibly rude. My wife went it there to get her mom a gift card for mother’s day. Finally she said excuse me I need help and still nothing they just talked to each other in Spanish and continued to ignore her. Finally she just walked out and spent her money at a different place. I guess the prices are so good because the customer service is non-existent and employees are rude. Will tell everyone I know to never go there again and find a nail salon with helpful and nice staff. What a joke. more ... less ...

Kim is an amazing nail artist … she is patient, and kind. She takes her time and ensures you are happy and are leaving with what you asked for - if you’re not happy she will fix it for you until you are. The work she does is very impressive and she has many levels of different types of nails she does as well as pedicures. If you haven’t given her a try I’d certainly recommend her she’s right next to Dunphys and I can guarantee she’ll make you feel right at home. I was on the fence about positing a review here on google, but decided to share because of how vindictive they are. I was four minutes late because of traffic and bad directions (didn’t realize there was a baseball game). I had an 11:30am appointment and the person who had an 11:45am showed up very early. They let her skip me even though we were both in the entrance at the same time. I mentioned to them I needed to use my time because I had to get my kids at noon but they wanted to teach me a lesson and let the 11:45 take my appointment. If they had let me go she still would have been on time for her original appointmemt and I wouldn’t have been late to get my kids. The butterfly effect of this didn’t need to happen. One of the worst experiences . I initially wanted a full set manicure with fake nails. They said they dont have pictures of their work but had something that costed 70 to 90 bucks. So I opted for manicure with gel nail paint but they gave me n my mom a regular manicure and had some age old machine for drying it. And for the others they used the uV drying machine . The others And the lady who was trying to explain didnt know English and this was my worst experience ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone.\n\nMy nails started to chip in layers and in all these years, this was the worst place ever. Poor service. more ... less ...

I was looking for a new nail salon to go to regularly since I am new to Bristol. I saw the reviews for star nails and thought this salon would be perfect for me. As I arrived I was offered wine and other drinks which was I was looking for a new nail salon to go to regularly since I am new to Bristol. I saw the reviews for star nails and thought this salon would be perfect for me. As I arrived I was offered wine and other drinks which was nice, however, they had a lot of fruit flies in the building and as soon as I put my cup down one was instantly inside my drink. The service in itself while I was there wasn’t too bad, the ladies were nice. I did however notice that they weren’t set to close for another hour and the owner was telling people as they came in that she was no longer excepting customers. upon finishing up we were asked to pay, the amount in total was completely outrageous for what was done. all we did was gel nails and gel pedicures there was no acrylic involved or hard gel in the nail polish didn’t even last a week the gel polish is lifting as a whole. I paid about $200. I also had a coworker try them out for herself she also had an unpleasant experience. her nails were very short, doesn’t even come over her nail bed, she did not get any nail tips. she just got a little acrylic & they charged her $60 for it. that was about four days ago and it’s already lifting on her nails. The quality in the nail salon just isn’t there maybe they should go through some new training. more ... less ...

There are always fresh flowers at Bristol Nails. They’re on time and so efficient. When you’re a client YOU get all the technicians attention, no cell phone interruptions from their family or friends.
