I love this place!! Everyone from the front desk to the stylists are welcoming and go the extra mile to please. I have been going to Beth for over a year and 100 % satisfied. I have been going to Beth for over a year and 100 % satisfied. She cuts, colors and highlights my hair perfectly. Importantly for me is that they go out of the way to schedule appointments when I need to get in and Beth is so organized that I never have to wait. Here is an example of how important customer service is to Rikeesa - I fell after a knee replacement and broke my wrist and femur. After three months I was finally able to leave my house and called for an appointment. Even though Beth was going on vacation and booked up, I was fit in because the receptionist knew I was desperate. Despite the fact that I hadnt been in for months and had difficulty walking around and using my right hand, they were so accommodating. I went with my mother in law, seeing she fancies this establishment. There was 1 other lady there as we walked in for our appts, for both of us.\nThe workers were young (20s) and when I asked if they soak the hand for ma I went with my mother in law, seeing she fancies this establishment. There was 1 other lady there as we walked in for our appts, for both of us.\nThe workers were young (20s) and when I asked if they soak the hand for manicure, he said no we dont do that here. Just a wash, cut and polish. A pedicure was basic of all basic and they didnt do good at all. I was more astounded by the price for 2 was $120!? Plus tip. I needed to ask for water to be hot, it was cold when I put my feet in. And they didnt do much for oedicure as it goes for scrubbing or rubbing. I definitely wont be back! And I will have my inlae try a new nail place . more ... less ...
