Absolute worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I went with my younger sister on the morning of New Year’s Eve and she got a regular manicure (no gel or acrylics or anything) and I got acrylic nails with permanent Absolute worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Not even 24 hours after getting our nails done her polish washed off while she was showering which just goes to show how poor quality their polish is. I have frequently gotten acrylic nails with gel polish for the past five-ish years and I have never gotten such poor service on top of poor quality items. Before she did the actual color she put the gel on and when it was under the UV light it was physically burning my nails which I have never once experienced with gel. She also cut some of my cuticles to the point of bleeding which has happened to me before but not as bad as this time was. I asked for a coffin shape for my nails and all of my nails turned out to be different widths and shapes. Some were square, some were almond, and there were probably one or two nails that were actually coffin shaped. Now usually my acrylics last for a good month before I need to get them redone (I know you’re not supposed to wait that long but my usual salon does a really good job so I leave them for that long) but after just a week of having these acrylics I already broke three of them even though I wasn’t doing anything different than I usually do in my every day life with acrylics. Overall very bad experience and will never be going here again and I recommend no one else does. more ... less ...

Have been here two times. The first time wasn’t a horrible experience but the manicurist seemed rushed despite the fact that there were few other clients and no one waiting. I also noticed that the man who i assume to be the manager or owner was hawking over the drying table while my nails were drying which was rather uncomfortable. Also due to the job being rushed the polish didnt last as long as others ive had done.\n\nThe second time i returned the same situation where the manicurist seemed rushed but this time when i paid i left my tip on the card rather than in cash. When i sat to let my nails dry, same situation with the manager/owner pacing around the table, only this time when i got up to leave he addressed me by repeatedly saying ‘Tip? Tip?’ It was rather baffling so i explained that my tip was left on the card and he said ‘on the card?’ And proceeded to try to lead me to the register, maybe to find my receipt? This place was horrible they charge so much for absolutely no reason. I ask for gel nails the try to charge me 20 dollars more in top of the 55 for longer nails. When we got there we were immediately seated, which is a plus cuz most of the places I’ve been there’s always a little wait even with an appointment. The only problem was that my daughter and I didn’t have time to choose the colors we wanted the way we are used to, the lady wanted to show us the colors while we had our nails soaked instead of just giving the sampler in our hands. My daughter was ok with it but I was not so I insisted in having the colors in my hand and look for a color myself. It was not an easy thing to do since I only had one hand available at a time. But maybe this only happened this way because I was 15 minutes late. I do recommend this place, they did a very good job, my daughter and I are very satisfied and we will be coming back. I was so happy that I gave him a great tip.\nWell next day at 7am after showering BOOM one nail broke ... I said OK I just glue it.. than few hours later another one and another one.... by 10pm I had not one left . I was just driving all day nothing heavy.. I called and the person who answered the phone remembered me .. after explaining the situation he offered to redo or a gift card but I do not want to go back there (it feels uncomfortable for me )and I explained that he said well I cannot help that IT.\n\nIm a huge supporter of any bussines since Im the owner of one too and I do understand what they told me but also in my side I will have provided a solution to this not Just an OH YOU LOST $91 YOUR FAULT... more ... less ...

Then, the owner grabbed him by the arm and said, I quote, “ Don’t do that here this is not a playground.” As if my non verbal son could understand him. As I picked my son up, I voiced that my son is autistic and he doesn’t understand ( I offered to take him outside )the owner smirked and laugh and said he didn’t care. My son has never been treated that way, especially in a public setting where he normally gets haircuts! I will never be coming back here. & I don’t recommend!!! more ... less ...

Literally the worst nail salon, at first glance it is amazing. Its beautifully decorated, and great use of space. First thing is they are not properly trained in the art of nails. I was happy they were happy and the very next hour we left the nail salon the nails started melting or bending the nail color didnt even stick. I paid for a pedicure and manicure and only got a pedicure. I highly recommend you go somewhere else. From one human to another please dont support a business that literally doesnt even care about the quality but how the building looks. They also argued with a customer Infront of us and everyone there because they also messed up her nails. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Find a quality place. Let me start by saying the owner came in an hr early before opening to do my nails. I called Thursday and she got me in at 8:20am she seen I was early and took me as soon as she got in. It was 60$ I did ombré pink and white! They look great! The best part is she really was following all CDC Guido was with protecting clients and herself. Everything was sanitary! She sanitized before using everything and after did my chair as well! They had a plexiglass stand in between us my hands were comfortable! Many nail places don’t have it and it was for extra protection! She checked my temperature when I walked in and made sure I had a mask on! Unfortunately because of the pandemic this is the new normal for now and we all have to adjust! But they took extra precautions and were absolutely amazing! I traveled 40 mins to get my nails done because so many near me closed and don’t open for a while. It was worth it! I truly hope the other nail salons take note to all they were doing she is also making appointments instead of a packed place. I was impressed and so glad with my nails! I called while I was in the parking lot to make sure they had enough employees and time to do my daughters pedicure and mine. They immediately took my daughter & I back to the chairs. They took their time and even made sure everything was okay by the time I walked out the door. Even giving my daughter a cute little design on her toes. The only issue I had was, I still had rough pieces of skin on my heal after I left & I sat there for probably 30-45 minutes until my toes “dried” under the lamp. She came over multiple times and they just weren’t dry. I let her know there was no heat or air blowing just a very freezing cold lamp that wasn’t doing anything. Not sure what she put in the nail Polish, maybe it was old but after an hour+ of it drying it still never dried completely. She said it was dry by the time I walked out, although I think her boss or whoever the male was told her to hurry me up because I was there for quite awhile and when he was talking to her from across the room he was staring at me & that’s when she shook her head “okay” and she looked to me & said okay you’re done. I then paid & tipped HEAVILY only to go home & pull my socks off my toe nails. They were completely stuck to my nails. I never complained because she took such a long and detailed time on both of our toes so I let it go. I found this salon purely by googling locations close to me. This is by far, the BEST manicure & pedicure I have ever received in over 40 years! When Jill finished with my pedicure, my feet looked as if they were that of I found this salon purely by googling locations close to me. This is by far, the BEST manicure & pedicure I have ever received in over 40 years! When Jill finished with my pedicure, my feet looked as if they were that of a 12 years old again! No calluses, no dryness, cuticle perfection, no rough areas, feet are light pink in color! Talia did a wonderful job on my manicure! I highly recommend these two beautiful ladies. The salon is very neat, well organized & super clean. Atmosphere was very tranquil… The pedi chair worked as it should with an array of massages & color changing water. Also the same day my cousin got her eyebrows waxed and she paid and headed out with my little niece. They claimed she didn’t pay. And we told them several times she did. There were only 2 workers and my and another lady customer. So everyone saw she did pay. But they kept denying. Luckily my cousin kept the receipt and it was cleared that she had paid. My nails weren’t even good!!! 100% would NOT recommend !!! more ... less ...

NO means NO, and do not get an attitude because I do not want to add on services I did not come in for.
