i went to get a gel manicure and pedicure yesterday (7/15/22) .. a female named LILY did both . while painting my toes she was doing a HORRIBLE job so I asked her to fix it and she “did” .. it looked better tha i went to get a gel manicure and pedicure yesterday (7/15/22) .. a female named LILY did both . while painting my toes she was doing a HORRIBLE job so I asked her to fix it and she “did” .. it looked better than it did the first time so I left it at that . after my pedicure she did my manicure .. I paid and tipped her ! only to get home and realize that she didn’t put a top coat on the big toe on my left foot . and it just didn’t look as if I had literally JUST gotten a pedicure. the polish was absolutely messy . i called and spoke to John that night and he said I could come in to get them repainted. i went this morning (7/16/22) . I waited over an hour just to get my toes repainted and eventually just asked for a refund . he refunded me only for the polish. while waiting he had taken FOUR females ahead of me that came after me. I’ve gone there a bunch of times before and over all there’s always a wait and services are always rushed. more ... less ...

Went last Saturday for a simple manicure. Greeted nicely then told to sit. Guy came over and had an attitude from the get go. Kept trying to upsell me to do gels. Kept trying to upsell me to do gels. Said mani would only last a few days. Told him I wasn’t interested. Then he opens up the polish and gets upset that it’s thick and unusable. Starts yelling and threw bottle once he got up. Threw another selection of colors at me and I picked one and asked if it was sheer or more opaque. He said how do I know. Got the bottle; same thing happened. He’s really annoyed now and gives me another card of colors. So I pick again. This polish is ok in bottle -on my nails, another story. His paint job was horrible. A child could have done better. I didn’t say anything. He also got upset when I asked for a nail strengthener in the beginning and he wasn’t happy. A nice young gal brought it over. At the end he points to dryer so off I went. As this was my first time there, I didn’t know if it went\nOn automatically so I asked. He comes over and presses the button. I couldn’t wait to get out. Polish was peeling off within 2days. Had to go to a much more reputable salon to have them redone. Bottom line …. Don’t waste your money. more ... less ...

Walked in late afternoon with no appointment. Salon was very clean and they were very friendly and kind enough to fit me in. My finger nails were a mess from health issues and medications. My finger nails were a mess from health issues and medications. They did a beautiful job shaping them and getting them back to looking pretty. Had a very relaxing pedicure and leg/foot massage was just what I needed. Toe nails turned out great! All personnel that helped me were professional, kind, and very attentive even though they were very busy. I would highly recommend. I was also pleasantly surprised and happy with their pricing. 👍👍 more ... less ...
