I went to L&G late Wednesday afternoon for a Frenc Manicure, and Pedicure. After spending over $60 plus fake massage my total spent was about $80. I returned to L&G late Friday afternoon and asked for the Manger. After providing him with my receipt from Wednesday service he ushered me to a table and re polished my tips. He was so very RUDE. Me as a customer that has choices to spend my money elsewhere and that is what I certainly plan to do.\nIm posting to prevent another dissatisfied customer coming there for service.\n\nHIS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WERE NOT VERY KIND AT ALL.. more ... less ...

Do NOT go here. I went and had a gel and by the next day it was peeling and chipping off. I went back in and asked for them to be fixed and they tried to tell me “your nails are short so that’s why”. I’ve had gels done on my nails every three weeks for the last 10 years and never has it lasted less than 48 hours. They fixed it up and before the next day it had ended they were all chipping again. I got a full set of acrylic nails for 65$ and my daughter got a pedicure as we were leaving for out of town. 1. I NEVER paid this much for a full set but didnt have time to go anywhere else. 2. But she said Id need gel nails and asked me if I wanted gel for $20 more. I said no and she just painted my nails. We then continued our 6 hour drive out of state. That night getting my wallet the first nail popped off. Then in the next 3 days they were all popping off. I had all of the nails, called salon and they wanted to charge me again because it had been 5 days. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! COME TO FIND OUT WHEN I WENT TO GET REDONE SOMEWHERE ELSE THEIR WAS NOACRYLIC EVEN ON THEM more ... less ...

However, the salon is so dirty that I was uncomfortable the whole time (only 15 minutes it turns out) and will not go back. All of the surfaces were unclean, smudged with what looked like very old dirt. The salon was untidy. It looked terribly unsanitary. Never going back again. Before they say I must have the wrong place lets just to be clear... this is the right place. My cuticles are cut up and finger and toes were bleeding. The person who cut my nails had no idea what she was doing and had to constantly ask what to do or be told what to do. Specifically during the pedicure/massage she got up while the timer was on and left for 2 minutes, came back and didnt reset it. She didnt put enough wax in the bag to cover my entire foot (paid for the full not just the heel) and didnt let the wax settle. Everything was rushed. If I wanted my nails done like this I would have done them myself. NEVER AGAIN. more ... less ...

We made an appointment for a gel mani & pedi and then just a gel pedi. The quality of the pedicures was great, the ladies did a very good job. While we are sitting we see that a little girl ( the owners daughter ) was putting her hands in the water that another customers feet were in and she was touching her legs which was unpleasant to see because no one stopped it. Another thing that threw me off were the prices. The prices were unclear and made zero sense. For two gel pedicures & a gel manicure with no acrylic added up to be $196 which was something i wasn’t expecting. Very disappointed with the customer service i received. more ... less ...

Terrible. Both gel manicure and pedicure were horrible. Both were too thick peeled off one day after service and shaped unevenly. The guy in the front station is lazy and tried to charge $10 for me taking off my own nail Terrible. Both gel manicure and pedicure were horrible. The woman in the chair next to him filed my nail down until it burned then split in half. The last time I came the women in the last station to the right filed my nails so much it left layers of saw dust as if I was cutting trees. Overall customer service sucks. more ... less ...

I was recommended to this place by a friend, I went in and they were able to accommodate me for a gel manicure. They were busy, but the service was very good quality.
