Randomly stopped at the salon to get a pedicure. They accepted me as a walk in. The owner seemed nice as she was communicating with all the customers. The guy was the one who did my pedicure. I felt he just was rushing, (a Hispanic lady was doing a customer’s pedicure before I even sat down. She finished AFTER he was done with mine. HOW can she start before me and still finish after me? She took her time and her customer was relaxed) if I do decide to try them again I would rather request the owner or the other lady to service me. They are quite a bit pricey, keep that in mind. I went in for a new gel full set. First whatever glue she used burned my nails. I typically get a gel set every 3 weeks somewhere else and this has never happened before. Also instead of using gel in a pot to actually a I went in for a new gel full set. First whatever glue she used burned my nails. I typically get a gel set every 3 weeks somewhere else and this has never happened before. Also instead of using gel in a pot to actually apply the nails she used gel top coat nail polish and built it up and cured it like 8 times. Also they charged $90 for a fake gel set I have never paid more than 70 for a new gel set. Would not recommended I can feel that these will not let the week. So disappointed. more ... less ...

Never again would I step foot in there. I was referred by someone for the original salon that was there. These people have since taken over and are so classless. Terrible. My natural nails were filed over in such a rough manner that they became irritated. One tech in particular seems to always have an issue with something (not enough polish in bottle, complains that my hands are Terrible. My friends and I are done with this establishment. I rarely write reviews, and wanted to be certain I was refraining from posting a review off of sheer emotion; however after 3 weeks I’m still bothered by the poor service I received. Dip chipped in less than 1 week. Their services offer nothing special for the price they charge. Thought this could be my new go -to nail place. After my last experience. This is has been the best experience getting my nails done by far. It was quiet, peaceful, the person who helped me was very kind and patient. Never again. I am absolutely disappointed. To start, my mother is visiting from Vegas and I decided to take her to this nail salon because I’ve been in the past without any issues. This was FAR from the case this time around.\n\nWe made an appointment the day before, for 2 people for pedicures. Nice and early and with proper notice. We arrived and yes the salon is clean and inviting, BUT the service is BEYOND TERRIBLE. We were early for the appointment and was given about 4 minutes to find colors. We inquired about designs at the beginning with the manager who asked for a photo.\n\nWe were called to sit down, and basically rushed into the chairs. I was asked multiple times what color I wanted and explained that we asked about designs and the manager said they wanted the photo. Both technicians then dismissed our request — so we found something more simple, and when we inquired about if they had certain colors, they completely flat out just said, “no we don’t have it” and didn’t even TRY to help us.\n\nMoving forward, we sit down and move passed the colors. The entire time the technicians were clearly inexperienced and made my mother and I both feel like we were a bother!! The entire pedicure was not only RUSHED, but they didn’t even ask what pedicure service we wanted! And to make it worse, they only trimmed, filed, and painted. With about 10 seconds of lotion and a pass of a stone. And even the response for the color I picked, they made it seem like $10 more would be a problem for me.\n\nThe whole experience was A TRAIN WRECK. I was previously a customer and brought others but I will no longer be going back and will not recommend anymore!! As a customer, who is paying for services, I didn’t appreciate how we were treated. TRASH. TRASH. TRASH. There were communication issues from the beginning. They could not tell me I had acrylic on. I thought I had dip power but apparently they claimed it was acrylic. I thought I had dip power but apparently they claimed it was acrylic. I was lucky enough to know Spanish and asked a Hispanic employee to tell me what the problem was as neither Jane nor Lynn, I think was her name, could understand my request to remove all of the old acrylic/dip powder and do a new set. After they finally got it they began removing the so called acrylic (40 minutes into my visit). I was cut during filing and given nothing to clean the wound with. My right pinkie nail is NOT curved that way. I asked for almond shaped several times which was never done. I wanted a design and that was ignored as well until the end when I had enough and just wanted it over with. Attached are the results of 2+ hours of stress, frustration, and plain old annoyance at the TRASH SERVICE AND WORK I received. Total: $40, anger and the most basic set Ive had in years. What a great hidden gem! I wanted a full acrylic set and I was able to call on a Saturday morning to get an appointment for that afternoon. They took me right on time and did a great job. It was only $33 for the full set (regular polish) and they turned out perfect.
