Ive been to numerous nail salons, some good most bad. I read reviews on then today looking for a new place to call my \"nail home\", and let me tell you this place is it. I have been going to Fashion Nails for the past year and have NEVER had a bad experience! The owners are amazing, nail techs so talented and sweet, and everyone pays such great attention to detail! My mother went in for a haircut and dye . Olga who was recommended by a friend did a good job with the cut but when it comes to the dye - she didn’t do what was asked for and didn’t fix the problem . Olga who was recommended by a friend did a good job with the cut but when it comes to the dye - she didn’t do what was asked for and didn’t fix the problem . My mother asked for light copper color. After Olga bleached her hair she left the dye on 15min too long and her hair came out chestnut colored! That’s about 3 shades darker ! When my mother complained she suggested doing hi-lights! … I have a suggestion, instead of walking around and talking to everyone you should make sure the client gets what they payed for ! If she wanted chestnut hair it would’ve never gotten bleached ! The hair is way too dark for her skin tone and looks like a wig . I’m writing the review for my mother since I have been paying for her hair and taking her to VIVID hair salon in mass . This will be the first and last time we go anywhere else especially here . I guess we’re at fault as well because we expect professional results and you can only find those at a professional high end salon. more ... less ...
