I’ve visited this location and the one in Guilford many times since moving to the area from LA and there are pros and cons. I’ve never made an appointment and they always take me right away regardless of how busy they are. Great parking. They do a great job painting my nails. I’ve tried the most expensive pedicure and realized it wasn’t worth it, the massages are just okay and often don’t feel that good on my legs and feet. The free back massage I usually skip because they are painful and (I think) reluctantly given. And I am someone who usually prefers a deep tissue massage. Overall this place functions as a nail chop shop.\nI know so many reviews say they are clean but I do find their practices to be unsanitary.\nI don’t think they sanitize and disinfect the removable jet that goes over the plastic bag so I’m just soaking in dead skin and god knows what else from other people during my pedicure. They also do not use fresh buffing blocks, my girl pulled a dusty one out and just went to town on my nails. Gross. Noticed some other questionable practices. Not sure if I will keep coming here to risk a fungal infection if they don’t up their standards. more ... less ...

The woman (who I assume is the owner) was very sweet and offered to fix them but she ended up doing almost a worse job than he did. After over an hour there I didn’t have the time or the heart to ask them to fix it again. They all seem like nice people, it’s a shame. I gave them two instead of one cause they tried at least. I went in for Uv gel acrylics for the first time. I asked for them to be short and almond shape and instead I got very long, misshapen oval nails. I returned to my car, realized how unhappy I was, so despite embarrassmen I went in for Uv gel acrylics for the first time. I returned to my car, realized how unhappy I was, so despite embarrassment I decided to go back inside and ask if I could pay to have them fixed. Danny did a beautiful job with my nails and gave me exactly what I originally asked for! Jean was very kind as well and did not make me feel bad for coming back in. I really appreciate them for fixing my nails and Jean did not make me pay again. I plan on being a return customer and I highly recommend Danny and Jean. I didn’t think about taking a picture of the nails before hand but I attached pictures of them after! Love them! more ... less ...
