I had my first massage ever today. I also did a pedicure. I did a deep tissue with Arthur. He was incredible and really knows what areas you need the most work on. My pedicure was very soothing as well and they had several options to choose from for your soak. Unfortunately, i forgot the young ladies name but she was very easygoing and nice to talk to. They have pretty impressive services available all around. I will absolutely be back to slowly work my way through the list. Highly recommend for a treat to yourself or a gift! Absolutely horrible service. I’ve been coming here for the past 5 years for acrylics and this past year every time I’ve asked the ladies if they can do an acrylic set they always put me with the man that works Absolutely horrible service. I’ve been coming here for the past 5 years for acrylics and this past year every time I’ve asked the ladies if they can do an acrylic set they always put me with the man that works here and I’ve never one left satisfied, they are always at least two nails crooked. Yesterday I got them done and it was so awful I teared up in the middle of the salon. When it came to painting the color I chose a dark red and it came out bright red when I said I don’t like it and want a different color I chose a dark wine color or so I thought because of the bottle but it was still a brighter red. When I asked for a darker color he offered me black and started to roll his eyes and become very rude to the point where I just asked for no color and painted them myself at home. I should’ve have honestly left without paying because it was ridiculous. The set is put on the the nails are extending upward and are almond shaped when I asked for oval. It seems like they don’t know their shapes bc the last time when I was getting square and asked for it to be skinnier he kept telling me that it was coffin and would not file it until I agreed to a coffin shape. A couple mintier after I left one of my nails already chipped. Definitely will never be coming back and will never recommend this place more ... less ...

*Beware of new owners* While they are friendly and sweet. The prices have skyrocketed. For a 8 and 10 yr old just to get their nails painted, they charged me $25 ea child!!!! For a 8 and 10 yr old just to get their nails painted, they charged me $25 ea child!!!! Mind you this wasn’t gel just regular nail polish. My other daughter and I got 2 basic pedicures and when I say basic I mean do your toes scrub your foot with a soap and brush and that’s it with color. My feet were in the water for maybe 3 mins top. Then they are charging $5 each toe to put a top of acrylic on. So two regular pedicures cost $80. The previous owners I used to go there and get a deluxe for $30, $40 with gel coat. So sad because I’ve been going there for almost 7-8 years. I will never go back to that salon again. more ... less ...

She goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable during waxes & it’s remarkable how fast she can thread upper lips or eyebrows. She has integrity unlike many salon owners - even discouraged a type of manicure for me specifically given my nails are too brittle. Mind you, she could have disregarded my health and gotten the money for it but chose to prioritize my best interests!\n\nShe is always a pleasure to do business with.
