I really love this salon, have been coming here off and on for a few years now. Ive worked with most of the stylists/nail artists and theyre all very nice and talented. They offer you coffee or tea and have nice massage chairs, but you dont feel like everyone in there is super judgmental like some higher-end salons. They accept walk-ins (though I recommend an appointment). Highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to get your hair and nails done on a reasonable budget. more ... less ...

I spent $190 on a highlights at this salon. Ive been a platinum blonde all my life and had not had my hair done in months. I left the shop after 3-hours, w my hair a darker brown than when I arrived, and very disappointe I spent $190 on a highlights at this salon. The stylist had me back, and spent an hour trying to fix, which didnt make much a difference. I emailed the shop to discuss and they never responded. My hair is naturally light and lifts easily. I showed the stylist a picture of myself and what I wanted. I also liked her blonde color and told he that was how light I wanted mine. If you are looking for platinum, this shop cant do it. I went to get an acrylic nail removal and this is how my nails currently look. I’ve NEVER had issues with my nails before and I frequently go here to get pedicures and french tip acrylic done. I’ve NEVER had issues with my nails before and I frequently go here to get pedicures and french tip acrylic done. Instead of getting a soak off the individual doing my nails used a nail clipper and gets a fake nail tip and shoves it between my natural nail and the acrylic nail to remove nail. Which caused stripping of the top layer of my natural nail and as you can see also taking off my real natural nail. I told her it hurt and then she stopped but the damage was already done. Also in the process as you can see the acrylic isn’t completely off either and my nails had to be trimmed shorter because they were broken off and damaged in the process. The owner wanted me to allow the lady to file my nail that is coming off. I was not going to allow that. Due to my frustration I paid and left, I have to go to urgent care now, because my nails are extremely sensitive and painful. I am extremely upset and will not be back. Also was pushing my foot back hard when switching feet. Then told me not to move my foot and acted like it was my fault the uv lamp fell on my toes when she literally had it hanging off of the foot rest. Went into getting my acrylic done with hopes she would do a better job. Tried to charge me $17 extra for using 2 colors instead of 1, decided not to do it. She ended up cutting me and literally LOOKED AT ME AND LAUGHED. I was literally bleeding and she was just laughing as if I had told her a joke. Then I went to go pay and she tried to take my $20 for a tip and I said no, i’m not tipping. (I always tip except when they cut me to the point i’m bleeding and don’t do anything about it). Absolutely awful! I tried this place out based on other reviewers recommendations, and boy were they wrong! When I arrived there were nail clippings all over the floor. My French manicure came out absolutely horrible, and when I asked them to have either the girl who did my nails paint over it, or someone else look at it and try to fix it, they told me I would have to come back in an hour, because they had other appointments waiting!?\n\nSo let me get this straight - you guys completely messed up my nails, and on my one day off this week I now have to hang around for another hour for someone to fix it? Before you start on the next customer waiting in a chair, you should be done taking care of the one you are working on.\n\nOh and did I mention she literally poured acetone on my hand to get the residual polish off? Thankfully thats not really drying or bad for your skin....\n\nIm not sure what kind of business theyre running here that doesnt take care of the customers that theyve messed up on but I can assure you I will never be back here, nor recommend anyone visit here! more ... less ...
