Horrible place! On Thursday I received a dipping/jel powder manicure and Saturday, two days later, one of my nails chipped. On Sunday, I went in to have it repaired. There were 3 technicians working and one customer drying the polish on her manicure. I was told to come back tomorrow (Monday) so the technician that did it on Thursday could make the repair. My response was that I did not care who did the repair and I could not return on Monday because of my work schedule. Two of the techincians said they couls not do the repair and the one technician that could do it said \" he did not want to be bothered with making the repair\". They kept repeating i needed to come back tomorrow so I finally responded that I would not come back at all. Their response was rediculous , unprofessional, and unacceptable.\n\nThe quality of work is poor (did not cover the entire nail bed and chipped after 2 days when it was supposed to last 2 weeks) the customer service is horrible, and the employees are disrespectful. There is also no parking for customers. I parked in the rear of the building not knowing customers were not supposed to park there because there was no visible sign indicating such, was blocked in, and made to wait 40 minutes before the car blocking me in was moved. This is \"NOT Best Nails\" and i recommend and advise not to patronize this establishment !!!
