Acrylic was put on my nails after I specifically asked for gel polish. And she then said nails will last 4 weeks. Nails were not painted correctly. I will not go back

TRASH!!!! TRASH!!!!! TRASH!!! The worst nail shop ever !!!! Don’t do it, I asked for a pedicure with gel polish and it was literally 5 min, once I seen the messy quick labor that was being done I immediately said re TRASH!!!! TRASH!!!!! TRASH!!! Don’t do it, I asked for a pedicure with gel polish and it was literally 5 min, once I seen the messy quick labor that was being done I immediately said regular polish, they wanted 50 buck for gel. I Paid 30 for the water they used and 5 min labor, oh let me not forget they used a Chinese fan to dry my toes and it was messed up by the time I got home. I kindly told them this was poor service and the quickest service ever, I paid and got out of there, don’t go to this place, they don’t care about good customer satisfaction or service they need to be re trained. I was a walk in , they were very unfriendly from the start. I had asked for a pedicure. She told me , “go to the chair.” They were going to cut my nails without even soaking my feet. She told me , “go to the chair.” They were going to cut my nails without even soaking my feet. I refused then the girl motioned for the manager. The manager insisted, again I refused and said if you continue to insist I’ll leave and go somewhere else. She then quickly changed her mind and motioned to the girl to soak first. Then she refused to cut my nails the way I wanted; round not square. I insisted or was leaving. Again the manager motioned for her to do it and then told me , “you are doing the wrong thing.” I said I know my body but thank you. The girl then painted the nails quickly with one coat and motioned for me to the dryer. Five minutes and then told me to “Go Pay.” I said yes I’ll pay but will never return. They also increased my cost $10.00 compared to sign. Would never return or recommend this place! more ... less ...

Love this place, it will be my new spot! Tammy is so nice and professional. She got me in last minute right before my vacation and did a great job taking care of my nails (I got my acrylics off and then gel manicure). Sh Love this place, it will be my new spot! I went there with someone and we both made an appointment a week ago. Very unprofessional and I’ll never go there ever again!\n\nAPPOINTMENT WAS MADE FOR TWO PEOPLE! I was very specific when I called and you told me it was fine and you were going to do one at a time. Definitely not my fault you didn’t remember. If you couldn’t do both, you could’ve said that a week ago when I called and I would’ve gladly call somewhere else. If I want my nails to come out good, I’m going to make sure it comes out good. Good professional people take their time to do their customers nails and not have it look like it’s 3 weeks old. I love my nails. I did a full gel set of acrylics. Nancy did good work on them and I am finally pleased after trying out different salons. Not only was she friendly- her attitude was great too. Not only was she friendly- her attitude was great too. She didnt complain about my requests and cared more about me being happy with my nails than anything else. She is very detailed and didnt mind putting designs on my nails and fixing them how I preferred them. Another upside is that she took care of the whole nail. Some salons totally just ignore the anterior side of the nails but Nancy made sure the bottoms of the nails looked good and were filed nicely. She painted the nail tips as well for a better seal which some salons forget to do. The prices here are also extremely reasonable and worth the service. I will definitely be returning to them.\n\nJust a couple small downsides. One, is that the length of my nail was shorter than I wanted but I can live with that for a first time visit. Next time Ill just go longer. :) And 2, there was a lot of residue around my nails so it took a day or so for it to peel off. Also not a huge issue for me.\n\nAnother great job done my second time going!! more ... less ...
