ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! I went in with dip on my nails, normally to remove acetone is use. I went in with dip on my nails, normally to remove acetone is use. At this establishment, the dip was RIPPED off of my nails, taking most of my nail with it. Painful and this ruined my nails. I had asked the technician to stop and soak them but was told no, soaking would get the same result. From there I asked for one color with a design, I was told no again to the color polish I wanted and the simple line designs look like a middle schooler did them. The cherry on top, the hands dont match. My advice, go ANYWHERE but here. more ... less ...

I had my nails done there on a Friday, 4 popped off within less than 24 hours. went back on Saturday they were closed. I went in the place it was beautiful, clean, and organized! Everyone was so nice! I wasn’t sure what I wanted for nails I showed a picture but the original plan didn’t make me so happy so when the guy doing my I went in the place it was beautiful, clean, and organized! We talked and he made me laugh so many times and was overall really friendly and kind. It’s a new look, I never do long or bright but these nails make me feel awesome. At the end they were plain I didn’t mind but he asked if I wanted a design i said sure may as well. He came up with something so simple but it really added to the nails. I love them so much! We were even there till closing which I felt bad for but they all were so kind and did not rush us out. The woman even did our eyebrows very well to add. I should have read the reviews for the business before walking in. Very rude and entitled employees. I just moved to the area and saw great work through IG and when I arrived for my appointment I was given such an attitu I should have read the reviews for the business before walking in. After tugging on my nails I just walked out didn’t even let the appointment begin. He didn’t want to be bothered doing the work with my nails passing up on money willing to be paid makes you feel like you aren’t worthy on him working on your nails. Thankfully she washed it off. Ive never seen that before.\n\nGel Fullset:\n\nSo Jimmy was my nail tech. The service felt extremely rushed. I had to ask for arm support as I was the only customer without it. He also used gel sculpting instead of regular acrylic which burned like hell. Once he was done filing and shaping, I had an obsurd amount of powder all over my hand and arms. HE DID NOT LET ME WASH IT OFF. Like most places tell you to wash your hands right before the coloring. I still had powder on my hands when he painted my nails.\n\nThen He complained about MY color choice which was yellow, saying that it was difficult.\nMy paint job was sloppy and overall was not worth $60.\n\nI was the only brown girl there and dont believe I received the same treatment as everyone else. This is one of my favorite restaurants. The staff is genuinely courteous and helpful every time. I have been here several times in the last few years and every time is better than the last. I have been here several times in the last few years and every time is better than the last. You are allowed to BYOB and they will even supply glasses for you if you choose to do so. Additionally I had a birthday dinner here recently and my mother brought a cake which they allowed to be lit and eaten at the table. I moved from Manhattan a couple of years ago & I have been searching for a comfortable atmosphere to get my nails done, all the places I tried seemed rushed & as if they could care less. I was driving down Main Street on my way to try a different nail salon & saw her sign. I made a u turn, parked & went inside. OMG!!!! It was clean, pristine & spacious. I then received the most relaxing & pretty gel pedicure I’ve had since I’ve moved here! That was 2 wks ago & my gel is still beautiful. And I spend 14hrs a day in steel toe work boots. I am on my way back today for another relaxing visit. CONSIDER ME A REGULAR CUSTOMER!!!! more ... less ...

I had to file my nails at home to even them out because they were supposed to be an almond shape but they were so uneven and jagged. I didnt mind that the color was off either. But the glitter ombre was terrible. You cant apply a glob of glitter and expect to be able to feather it out and look good. My gel was extremely uneven and lumpy. She asked if theres anything that needed to be fixed because she didnt want me to come back in to complain, so I called instead. The lack of care is so disappointing and I also wont be returning because this salon is extremely unsanitary. The techs all crowd in the door of the backroom and stare at you while eating their lunch. Not very relaxing at all.\n\nBUT on a brighter note, the same tech did my eyebrows which did come out great but she did trim into the shape of my eyebrow which is growing in weird. more ... less ...

AMAZING SERVICE!!!!! I didn’t know anything about dip powder nails and I went to this shop to get them after seeing them on tiktok. I showed the video of what I wanted to the man at the counter and was informed tha AMAZING SERVICE!!!!! I showed the video of what I wanted to the man at the counter and was informed that they don’t dip powder there. He introduced himself as Tom. Instead of stopping at that or trying to sell me on something else, Tom began to explain why they don’t do dip powder. He offered me some local businesses that actually did. I continued to ask him about alternatives and if there were any benefits to the dip nails. He went on to explain in depth the dip nail process even going as far as pulling out products for visuals. Absolutely floored at this level of customer service I just knew I wanted to get my nails done there! I was asked to take a seat so that Tom could do my nails. As it turns out Tom is the new owner! I love my nails so much more than the off-white that I originally intended on getting! This is going to be my go to shop!!! more ... less ...

I will never step another foot in this place. I do not still to this day understand why the person that attended me would not listen to what I was requesting. I asked for manager, store owner, I got a young man who said nothing and did nothing. I spent a close to $45 for a shoddy, lazy,work pedicure. This is now my new favorite nail salon. Its quiet and relaxing. I had the powder gel done. It came out great. The people that work there are so nice and welcoming.
