Rude and unprofessional. Called ahead to see if they have dip powder since I needed a nail repair, which they confirmed they do have. Arrived and was told they do not have dip powder. Arrived and was told they do not have dip powder. When questioned why I was told over the phone that they did provide this service, she responds that she wont do a repair. Then proceeded to act as if she did not understand English and walked away. This behavior is so inappropriate and completely disrespectful. There was no one in the salon, she was not busy. To turn away business because it is a repair is extremely unprofessional. I might have become a regular client if she treated me respectfully and had provided the repair, instead she turned away a potential new paying client. Let me give you a brief feedback about my unfortunate experience at this place that was highly recommended by my best friend.\n\nI booked an appointment days in advanced for 12pm; I arrived at 11:30am and I’m being told that I have to wait for three people ahead of me. I was given the option to be seen by a different stylist. All I wanted was highlights on my natural hair, a cut, and style because I wanted to look nice for my birthday. After three hours; all I received was burns from the harsh chemicals and the young woman’s hair dryer. I left with my hair color looking exactly the same and $187.25 less in my pocket. Of course I spoke to the owner twice over the phone regarding the situation. She stated my highlights will eventually show up after I wash my hair several times.\n\nI washed my hair several times, my hair was extremely damaged where I had to cut it. The stylist who cut my hair at a different salon stated that my hair was damaged because it was overly processed. I ended up spending more money on conditioners.\n\nNeedless to say I will never go back and the lack of empathy and concerns from the owner of this establishment regarding my experience left me feeling frustrated and very upset. No offer was made to correct or even redeem themselves.\n\nI disputed the charge with my bank who they ended up giving me a refund, but the owner having knowledge of my awful experience, she demanded to be paid back because I received the services. more ... less ...

I was a client that witnessed the whole interaction between the workers and the previous client who left a bad review. The client was very demanding and was not being respectful to the employees. The workers were booked all day and didn’t have time to switch her service halfway through from shellac to acrylic because she was very late to her appointment. The workers did not deserve that type of treatment. They were just doing their jobs. The service I received was excellent though. I will definitely be back! more ... less ...

My nails started breaking off after only a week when I go back for her to fix 2 nails she says I have to pay for it and if I wanted the same design they have to charge me now mind you I just spent $70 a week prior! This was my last day here! I would not refer anyone there! I would say find somewhere else to go! And no regard to the customer with the attitude like they don’t care!
