I just moved to Smyrna and was looking for a spa to call me new home. I get messages and facials on a regular. I mixed my appointment time up and arrived 40 minutes late. I mixed my appointment time up and arrived 40 minutes late. I was unable to get my wax service but asked if there were any other appointments available in the afternoon. It was also policy to charge me for the full service even though I did not receive it. I know this to be the case for a no show but I did arrive for the appt. The front desk staff stated their were none available but I did not even see her take the time to check a schedule. I then had hoped I would get my 80 minute scheduled message but instead got 60 minutes which again Im okay with as I had mixed my start time. I received the Lets Chills Message when booing online I requested a male therapist but on arrival was told there was none available. I wish I had some notice prior but again I am okay I just wanted to relax. During my message I asked the therapist to give me more pressure as I felt the stokes were so lite like a child was touching me. The therapist R. would then had the pressure but a few minutes later it was back to the lite stokes. After an hour I felt no change in my body but rather felt like I had just laid down for an hour and had oil rubbed on my body. For a resort spa I was expecting more. The only thing done was that the front desk staff would talk to the manager and maybe in a couple of days I would hear something from them. more ... less ...

I’m not a person who frequently going to the nail unless a special occasion. Both times I’ve patronized this salon I’ve managed to get the same male nail tech(literally several years in span). Both times I’ve patronized this salon I’ve managed to get the same male nail tech(literally several years in span). He sits on the right-hand side last set. His Customer service I give a 2. He took it personal when I stated my expectations of the smoothness of my nails. Mind you, I only got a refill and polished change after 2 wks of initial set. As I figured, noticeable imperfections. Looks like he didn’t even care how the Polish job turned out. NO they didn’t do my jeweled out nails (MD). Usual I always leave a tip regardless…NOT THIS TIME. IF IT WASN’T FOR TIME I would have done it myself. Which I’m highly capable. Customer Service is Key! I suggest another nail salon besides this location.\nAlso I’ll add, I got my nails done for my birthday trip to Jamaica…Day 2 in Jamaica my nails started popping off. I called to make an appointment because I didnt want to wait. I was told to come in at 12. I showed up at 12 for my appointment and was not greeted at all. The lady stated that she always greet her customers which is not true since I was not greeted. She also told me that she didnt know I walked in and that I was standing up. Also not true since everyone in the establishment were sitting and I was the only one who walked in. Another lady was helped and walked past me. It defeats the purpose of making an appointment to avoid waiting only to wait. This isnt the first time either. Terrible and I would not recommend more ... less ...

When I arrived I was on an important phone call and did not want to be rude, so I decided to wait to walk in. I finished my call and walked into the store at 1232. Best barber shop in Delaware for sure. All of the barbers here are awesome, but Kenny is definitely my go to guy. I moved here from Oahu 2 years ago and I’ve been getting cut from Kenny ever since!
