The meaning of customer service is lost in this establishment. Asked for pedicure. She started filing my nail polish off instead of using acetone remover then got an attitude when I explained to her how to easily remove Color Street nail applications. She was rough, forceful and nasty. I should have left but I was with a friend. The only time she was nice was at the end when she knew she got a good tip cause another lady told her and she was super fake sweet about her âthank youâ. Will not ever go back. My only hope if you choose this location is you get the older lady like my friend did. She was nice and gentle.
