Nicest staff I have ever met! You know how sometimes at nail places they can seem irritated to have to take care of you? These ladies were all smiles, and customer service. One of the chairs did not work and they relocated my husband to a different chair and started the water over in a different place. They truly wanted us to have the best experience. They have been overbooked recently. Appointments run about 15 to 20 mins late all the time. Service is shorter and rushed. Not the same as before.
