Was told to come back at about 4:30 because they were busy when I got there at 3:30 (I said, “Sure, no problem “). I got back, walked in the door at 4:32 and the one lady that was still there said, “Sorry, Was told to come back at about 4:30 because they were busy when I got there at 3:30 (I said, “Sure, no problem “). I got back, walked in the door at 4:32 and the one lady that was still there said, “Sorry, we’re closed”, I said, “No, the other girl working next to you told me to come back around 4:30”, she said, “sorry she left”. So I asked if she could do my manicure for me, she said no she was leaving too, yet the were supposed to be open until 5:00. I WAS a regular customer there, but I won’t be going back!!! So much for putting the customer first, not to mention the staff closing the shop before the posted hours. more ... less ...

I went to this nail salon, because my normal salon was booked. All I needed was a fill in. Well needless to say I got a fill in and just wanted a French manicure on my nails. Ok. Cool. Got all the way home and really lo I went to this nail salon, because my normal salon was booked. All I needed was a fill in. Well needless to say I got a fill in and just wanted a French manicure on my nails. Ok. Cool. Got all the way home and really looked at my nails, my nails were a mess, and of course I called them up and said to them that my nails are a mess. And her response was “are you the black girl” ok I was offended by that. So my response was yes I am. So I explained to her about my nails so she says can you come in so I can look at them. So I get there she looks at my nails and says well I can add color to them, what color would you like. By that time I’m already upset and my response was whatever is on the desk. So she takes off the other mess and reprints my nails with Gel polish(which is supposed to last more that 1 week) so now my nails are a total mess. Gel polish peeled right off my thumb, and the polish is chipped and peeling off the next 2 fingers. So needless to say my nails are a mess and I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE. I guess you get what you pay for. My nail salon is so much better. I will sit there and wait the next. But best believe Tori’s Nail will be my last resort. Lesson learned.
