She went through all the steps and the polish is nice, but my heels are still rough and my nails werent filed well (she did not appreciate requests/feedback).\n\nWhile I was in, they were training a new employee for the reception/front desk. Waste of time and money. I made appointments for two people for both a manicure and pedicure. We got there 5 mins early, the sat for about 20 mins while staff finished up other customers. Ok, no worries, things happen, you know?\n\nThen, they speed-mani/pedid because the 11am appointment came in (mind you we got started almost half an hour late), and 2 days later this is what my nails look like. I didnt do anything out of the ordinary... Wasnt changing oil, or washing dishes for two days straight, nothing. They simply speed through the appointment, didnt clean my nails after I washed my hands, and now the polish is literally PEELING off (this isnt gel).\n\nIve been here before and my gel polish also peeled off a few days later.\n\nSo disappointing to have your NYE manicure literally PEEL OFF two days after getting it done. more ... less ...

I’ve been here a few times and each time, my nails look amazing. I never wait more than a few minutes to be helped. Today, Tom did my dip powder with tips. The salon is also clean and well maintained and everyone is friendly. Prices are reasonable. I’ve been to a ton of nail salons in the Orlando area, and this is by far my favorite one. I have a nail salon directly below my building but I’d rather make the 6 mile commute to go here instead. more ... less ...

I came on 6/6/22 to get my nails and toes done. Within two days my pinky toe polish started coming off. Then as days gone past it kept getting worst. I’ve gotten gel polish before and it never looked like this within a week. It’s only been a week and I use a dishwasher and this is how my nails look. They are very friendly, had a great conversation with both of them (contrary to other salons where you never know what the conversation is about). Both, Justin and Kim are very knowledgeable on different topics and it was a pleasure not only to get pampered but talk to them as well. Who knew getting your nails done can be such fun! My daughter wanted gel because we have a pool and we swim a lot. We get up to the counter to pay and tells my daughter $20!!! I explain to him that wasnt the price he told me before but refuses to let her pay $15 like we discuses. Refusing to argue with him I simply refused to tip like I always do. This was one of the worst manicures I’ve ever gotten. It was lumpy and flared out even though I asked for them to be filed narrow. They were also THICC (like, 2001 soccer mom thick) and streaky.\n\nI could tell my tech knew things were not going well about half way through, but she never stopped to ask for help. She couldn’t get the dip to stay on my nails (I have no idea why, I get dip every other week at another salon and have never see that). A huge part of the problem was that her drimmel bit was either very old or dirty, and it wouldn’t file evenly. I don’t know why she didn’t change it out. The final straw was when she began putting the matte top coat on top and it was coming out super streaky and bad. This is when she finally had to ask for help…but they were going to let her leave it on? I just asked for them to be removed so I could leave.\n\nTo Donnas credit, she asked me to let her redo them a few times and no one was hostile to me about it. But I had already wasted 2 hours there though and with this being my first impression, I just didn’t trust her to do any better. She even tried to tell me that they were lumpy (I’m talking WAVEY like the ocean) because I got tips on underneath the SNS. I have gotten this exact same thing countless times and never had them turn out wavey.\n\nI couldn’t take pictures of the original nails because it felt so awkward. I did take pictures of what they had me walk out of the salon with, though. There’s glue and SNS powder glued on all over my hands. Literal fragments of the tips are still on my nails. Would you let a customer leave like this? Especially one already upset?\n\nNext time my nail salon is booked, I’ll just wait instead of taking a chance. more ... less ...

I have never had a shop charge me an additional $30.00 for gel polish, added to the service. Ive had some great $50.00 pedicures, this one was not worth $80. When she was done my daughter spoke up and told her they werent what she asked for. The tech got and attitude and told her it would be and additional $20 to correct them. It being homecoming my daughter said ok. The tech proceeded to ruin her French manicure by filing them thin as originally requested and then applying a plain white paint job a 5 yr old could have done. After spending $150 for a manicure and pedicure my daughter called me to let me know. I was working as most parents have to do and it broke my heart I couldnt be there to handle the situation myself. I sent my daughter to VIP nail in Apopka who couldnt believe the manicure she had received but gladly fixed it for her homecoming. VN nails completely took advantage of my daughter and basically robbed her!! I would NOT recommend them to my worst enemy!!! more ... less ...
