I made an appointment for a manicure/ pedicure for 11:00 am. Walked in at 11:00 am. No one greeted me. I sat down, waited for 15 minutes. She said it would be a few minutes as the guy was in the process of painting another customer’s toes. I said fine and told them I would be back in 10 min. I came back and he was doing gel on her toes. I waited 5 minutes, then left. I was there an entire hr. No service! Horrible Customer Service. more ... less ...

I would definitely recommend beginner nail techs to take her class because she will definitely help get that jumpstart you need. She already does great quality nails, So I just knew I could learn from her. She knows what’s she’s doing for sure. Very respectful and very nice experience all the way around. Came here with my daughter a few days ago and it was the worst experience ever. I have had better, cleaner, and kinder experiences in a busy mall nail salon.\n\nUpon entering I asked if they had time, they said yes and told us to sit in chairs in the pedicure area. We sat for nearly 30 min and then someone came and turned on the water, which was cold. Waited an additional 20 min and someone comes to help my daughter.\n\nThat person was more concerned about her phone than her. She turned on the water to add. It was scorching hot and burned my daughter. I said something and she continued to just text on the phone. She ignored her again when she said the chemicals in the bowl to remove my daughters nails was burning. Then for her nails, she used the Drexel and burned and cut my daughter numerous times. Probably happened when she took a call and places on speaker phone.\n\nAn older lady came to prep my feet and she was good. She was attentive and customer focused. But then she disappeared without painting my nails and I was left for another 25 min with nothing and my daughter is done. By the time someone came, they were done in 4 min with my pedicure. Insane. They look terrible. I changed my mind about getting my nails done and they said they could do it within my timeline (15 min when I needed to leave by). No thanks.\n\nI will add nobody wore gloves and nobody washed their hands between clients 🤢. Charged $120 for services that a nail tech student would surpass on their first week.\n\nStay away from this place. more ... less ...

The method she used seemed different that I am familiar with. Not sure that it was gel polish coating? However, after walking barefoot on the beach in the sand and after about 3 weeks stay in the area, I would have to say that my toes look decent enough to get me through another week or so before getting them done again. For that reason, I would return if given the choice.\nThe owners did have conversations with their clients that appeared to be appropriate in nature. They didn’t have a lot of conversation in foreign dialogue in front of their clients.\nThere were a few times that I felt out of place. The staff talked more to their regulars/locals.\nThe female owner did a good job on my toenails. She tried to make me feel comfortable with small talk.\nWe had just arrived to stay in the area near our family. I had been recovering from a kidney infection and probably looked a little rough. I was dressed down. The trip had me a little worn out. I wasn’t wearing makeup. I feel like people treat me differently when I am put together with a nice outfit and makeup. I felt a little judged and like they probably had a conversation about me when I left the building.\nThe prices were very affordable. I had really high hopes for this Salon. When I arrived early they sat me down right away, learned what I wanted, and was extremely kind. I showed them the picture I wanted as reference, a red color with bright purple hig I had really high hopes for this Salon. When I arrived early they sat me down right away, learned what I wanted, and was extremely kind. I showed them the picture I wanted as reference, a red color with bright purple highlights. After 3.5 hours sitting in the chair I asked about the price. They said the cut I got (a trim for dead ends) was going to be $30 and the highlights start at $65. Somehow, after the end it ended up costing over $200, which they said was because my hair was so thick. In the end it looked NOTHING like the picture. Instead of doing red base color they did red highlights and purple highlights. The base color stayed the same as what I already had. The purple highlights came out so dark they are nearly black. The red does not blend at all. From afar, yes it looks alright, up close? Looks like someone took markers to my hair and called it good. I am absolutely livid I paid $200 for this. As nice as the service was, Id be better off doing box color myself. more ... less ...
