Hands down one of the best pedicures my fiancé and I have ever got. We are here on vacation and needed something to do on a rainy day and got service right away. Tim the owner is so personable and gave us so many great places to check out in the area. This is definitely my new place when we come to visit. Hello everyone.\n\nIm modifying my previous post by providing a positive update!\n\nPreviously, I had a negative experience with one of the employees at this establish that prompted me to write a negative review.\n\nTo m Hello everyone.\n\nIm modifying my previous post by providing a positive update!\n\nPreviously, I had a negative experience with one of the employees at this establish that prompted me to write a negative review.\n\nTo my suprise, the owner reached out to me some time after reading my review about my experience and she informed me that the employee is no longer working at her establishment.\n\nThe owner was very apologetic and was gracious enough to offer to completely re-do my acrylic full set, personally, free of charge.\n\nShe was very kind and we had a delightful conversation as she completed the service. She very attentive to details and did an exceptional job on my nails, a job reflective of the positive images and reviews online!\n\nI have since received many compliments on my nails!!!\n\nPlease look at the images of her amazing work below! more ... less ...

NY nails is the best I have ever had. Pink and white gel nails by Tammy and the ultimate pedicure by Kelly , worth every penny. Hot rocks and the best massage ever. The best products. I have been here a few times without issue, but my last visit was a complete nightmare. My nail tech seemed to be in a big rush and was incredibly aggressive with her tools and my hands, so much so that she cut my finger I have been here a few times without issue, but my last visit was a complete nightmare. My nail tech seemed to be in a big rush and was incredibly aggressive with her tools and my hands, so much so that she cut my finger wide open with a cardboard nail file. She painted my nails with the incorrect color, and did not finish. Another customer arrived and she left me to tend to that customer, and another tech finished my job.\n\nI’ve always been charged $43 dollars, but this time they charged me $50. When I asked why the increase the man told me because my nails were long. My nails have always been this length.\n\nTLDR: if you like having your skin torn open by a file, getting painted with the wrong color and being over charged, then this is the place for you!\n\nI will not be returning ever. more ... less ...

I have been looking for pedicure since I came here for winter. I finally found Hollywood Nails very near to my home. They took me in immediately and Ti took care of my 85 years old nails on my feet! I found the nail tech unfriendly. I didn’t feel relaxed. A fill is $25 but if you want to cut your nails is $60. Without hesitation she said yes she can do it.\n\nThe manicure part was okay. She did a good shape but she rushed through the process of the dip and shaving thing part. Then after she brought me over to the lady to do the design they discussed the price they’d charge me right infront of me. Although the girl who did my nails said clearly 45 dollars two times the girl doing the design told her she should upcharge me for added tips however they are my real nails she only added one tip to a broken nail an told her no it’s 45. Then again she said well don’t you want to add 5 for the shape? And the original tech said no because that was already her shape. Crazy to have that kind of conversation right in from of me.\n\nThe worst part though - the lady did one design just fine and as she did the other I corrected her on a part she was adding that was just a reflection of light in the picture I showed her and not in the actual design. She shoved her chair back and literally threw a tantrum telling me there’s no way she can make this design perfectly. So immature and unprofessional and very uncomfortable. It was a really simple design as you can see from the picture. After her tantrum she reluctantly did the rest and by that time the girl who did my actually nails had already left.\n\n3 days later my white nails have turned a gross yellow color. That’s never happened to me before and I get all white often. Clearly they are extremely cheap in the products they provide. Ew. My pedicure came out great but my dip polish on my hands came out horrible. Dip polish started lifting the very next day and now after a week later they look like theyve been on for a month. Clear coat has almost completely peeled off of all my nails. Would not recommend for dip ever.\n\nUPDATE: Went back and they kindly and professionally addressed my nails. Acknowledged their appearance and corrected them. Completely removed the dip and re-did with a gel polish this time. They look so good now! My tip to everyone, stick with gel or regular polish and youll have a great experience. more ... less ...

It was really the worst pedicure I got and felt like I’d like my 7.00 back if all I was getting extra was a scrub for 2 minutes and 3 minute foot rub. The people in there weren’t friendly and looked extremely underwhelmed sitting around staring at the clock. I typically wouldn’t write a review but I was so looking forward to pampering myself some and left just wishing I went somewhere else. Definitely won’t be back. more ... less ...
