I do not recommend this place due to the inexperienced nail techs and insufficient services of a full mani pedi.. we were charged over $200 which definitively was not worth it. Ive gotten much better service for the same mani pedi over at Walmart on del prado. We went for a mani/pedi here today. Ive gone to many places, in different states. The nail tech gals were sweet but from my experiences, seemed inexperience. They were nice though inexperienced skills. The reception gals werent of hospitality caliber here. I wanted my daughters to have a great experience and I was looking forward to this for weeks but I didnt like the services here. They use bowls of water to soak feet vs. the auto jet machines, zero massage chairs either here. The foot scrub and massage experience was not a good one bc they stick to the feet only, no messaging of the upper leg below the knee and its very soft to the touch. The nail products we choose were very old-- the polishes were very thick and tacky. The nail techs did not dry our nails inbetween layers-- they didnt not have nail dryers or even desk fans, very back dated. Also, not the traditional manicure with scrubs or message. They did some clipping of the nails, filed them. ZERO clean up of each nail cuticle. It was very odd, zero experience of what a manicure were are experienced with. I would not return to this salon. I feel I was overcharged and did not get value for my dollar. The salon is pretty but the people were not very friendly and the girl did not do a good job.

Social distancing is definitely a concern for their clients and themselves. All the updated colors, gels, powders and very knowledgeable kind and spa like atmosphere. I had a pedicure which was amazing followed with gel to match the nails that came next! It took approximately 1:45 minutes for a pedicure/gel polish, a full set of gel nails to match. Great quality and great pricing! $70 plus tip which is less than it would cost me back in Columbus Ohio or Boynton Beach Florida. more ... less ...

The owner Tracey works very hard employing a number of people and taking care of her two special-needs teenage sons. Put everything in perspective and be kind to one another. I came to this salon as a Walk in and it was not super busy, there were 3 nail techs. Then 3 customers came in and they proceeded to tell them the wait time was 45 minutes and those customers left. One of them was a lady who asked how much was a pedicure for her elderly mom and the technician in the front chair said $100 dollars. The purpose of my visit was to get gel manicure and pedicure for my anniversary, I had not asked what the price was upfront. I got a basic gel mani and pedi and when the tech was done he said $70 but later corrected himself and changed to $75 dollars. I left a 5 dollar tip. I have had deluxes pedicure with hot stone and deep tissue massage and it costed me $50 dollars. So it is definitely overpriced. Also while doing the manicure he cut my cuticles really close and I started bleeding non stop from several of my fingers. I feel this was my first and last experience. And I am sad it didn’t work out because I am new to the area and had high hopes about this place. One of my biggest pet peeves about nail salons is they make you feel bad when you speak up. For instance, if the shape of one of my nails was crooked, I was told it’s just the shape of my hand. This is unprofessional to say the least. I had booked a pedicure the same day but asked to for a polish change instead when I saw I was running out of time. She didn’t listen to me and instead still gave me a “pedicure” that lasted for 10-15 minutes tops and rushed the entire process but still expected me to pay full price. She became irritated with me when I asked to be charged correctly. It was 97$ without tip and the experience was not worth it. Long story short, dont get service from anyone other than the owners, unless you wanna be in pain the next two days more ... less ...

I just received the worst pedicure of my life and I will not be returning. The person doing my nails was wiping her snot the entire time doing my pedicure. I arrive there at the time of my appointment, get called back about 5 minutes in, only to get told she did not know I had extensions that needed to be taken off and didn’t know if she had the time. She went to check and finally started removing them at about 15 minutes into my appointment time. After soaking and drilling my nails for a good amount of time, I wasn’t too happy with the color chosen since it was too sheer and asked her if there was anything she could layer on to make it deeper, but she didn’t know and just asked me if I wanted all black. At this point it’s like an hour into my appointment so I’m ready to leave and I agreed, even though I’m not happy with the results and should have spoken up. Keep in mind that this was $40 for gel, $20 for removal, so $60 (plus tip) and it was all dry service with a drill.\n\nMy previous bad experience was with their newly opened Fort Myers location, I called for gel x and was booked with their “gel x expert”. I get to my appointment and not only does she have a single length and shape, but she told me I was her very first gel x customer. My nails ended up way too long, the process took over 2 hours, and she kept getting the bonding gel all over my natural nails.\n\nLike others have said, this place is beautiful and girly, and the owners are lovely, but the service itself has declined so much in such a short time. I went back for another and once the polish was professionally removed, I was so surprised how long & healthy my nails were! I wanted to keep this new length so on Lanas advice I tried a French Sip. My very first dip ever! Im so happy I did!! Its been 15 days and my nails still look amazing!!there IS growth though not very noticeable. The best part is they are strong and chip free! If you have to close before starting my nails let me know you’re not able to both- do not start the procedures and let me know halfway through that you’re closing in an hour and half. This isn’t cheap service. Stop playing with peoples money and give respect. I really liked you guys in the beginning months ago. I even drove 3hours round trip just for you to do my nails. So I’m very dissatisfied/disappointed in how I was treated; like a dog. I am a person and asked for nothing free; I always paid with tip. I paid $95 NOT $5. The man then cut my big toe nail so close that he nicked my skin and it started bleeding. He said no he didnt do it, it was already there. It was bleeding in the tub. He then put something on the end of it that burned. He kept saying sorry each thing he did. You ok? Very rough.\nMy toe is uneven gel color and ridged and my toe nails are not straight.\nThen my nails....so so thick , not all shaped evenly. He was so rough, even with the hand nail file. He had no procedure to go from nail to nail. Did 3 coats on my pinky , hopped to my other hand then back to the other. I had dust or nail particles in the polish so it is not even, He attempted nail art on my ring finger.....neither one looks the same.\nThe absolute worse experience I have ever had at a salon.\nI have had my nails done from a salon in MA for 7 years from the owner and they are always perfect.\nI intially chose this salon because they were voted highly on Best of the Best in Cape Coral.\nMy husband sat at the front and they turned away three different customers at 6 and 6:30, saying they were closing. I am VERY happy with the time spent on my acrylic French manicure - a neat procedure I had not experienced before - well-done! The young man was thorough and gentle - important to me. Also, the young ladies (kinda had a tag team of 2 - 1 young lady started with me, then another finished up as another regular patron (I think) of the first girl came in.
