I went in with no appointment and was immediately sat down for a pedicure which was great. They were very nice, however lacking in cleanliness and listening to their customers wants and needs. They did not put a bag in the foot spa, the girl was in the middle of doing my pedicure, dropped a tool on the ground and immediately picked it up and continued to use it on me. I also am going to weddings in the next couple weeks and asked to have a new set of acrylics done with a gel manicure, the technician came over looked at my chipped, thick, grown out nails and said no you only need a fill. I repeatedly told her no I want a new set and she again said no you only need a fill. I thought why would you decline a service that would make you more money? I gave up arguing about it and went and sat down at her station and she clipped the base of my acrylics where they were getting ready to fall off. She then buffed them down and placed the new acrylic to fill my nails. She was very nice however went too fast and made some mistakes I had seen after leaving the salon. 2 days after getting my set done my nails are growing out like I didnt just get a 50$ manicure done. I can also see the lines where she clipped my old nails and put the new acrylic. She also cut me several times causing me to bleed. The nail design is cute but over all not worth the 90$ I spent there to be afraid of getting a fungus on my nails. I was going to get my eyebrows done but after seeing how they do nails I decided it was probably for the best that I didnt. Now I have to go spend another 90$ to get my nails fixed before the weddings I am going to this weekend. I would not recommend going here based on my experience.
