Started coming here for nail fill and pedicures a few months ago and I am extremely happy I did. My pedicures by Mai are amazing and my nails look fantastic. They extort tips,by saying you have a lot of cuticles. Never in my life I had a such low ethic on pedicure procedure,like twice in this place. I paid for the full service volcano pedicure on my first visit just to find out on my second visit about the awesome full massaging vibrating chairs. They didn’t even turn them on for me during my first visit. They didn’t even turn them on for me during my first visit. Also as I sat down to get a full set of nails they decided to tell me that they didn’t know how to paint ombré nails. Way overpriced for a place that won’t even turn their chairs on and doesn’t know how to paint the all popular ombré nails. I found a way better place for way better prices! I went to get my acrylics removed and had explicitly told to have them taken off, for my nails to be trimmed and have an ‘aftercare so that it looks nice, as, in the past, they’ve always managed to leave chunks of acrylic left on my nails. This man went ahead, saying he understood me, then proceeded to rip the acrylics off of my nails by forcing an acrylic piece in between, ripping off half of my nails. I was in so much pain and discomfort. He asked if it hurt, to which I said yes, then he told me he would make it less painful while continuing to do so to the rest of my nails. I wasn’t in there for more than 3 minutes. He buffed out my nails, scraping the parts that were all grown in and new, then said he was finished and charged me $10. After not tipping, he was agitated. I will never be going back as there are plenty of other nail salons with the exact prices that do a much better and more professional work. It is not worth booking here in the slightest. I’m agitated and in pain, and it’s even more upsetting as I need my nails for my work, which now half are weak, ripped down the middle or sides, and bleeding from being far too short. more ... less ...
