Another customer was given the free eyebrow wax promotion for new customers and I wasnât. When I inquired the lady said my daughters profile said that I was not a first time member and I had been using her profile which was an incorrect assumption. I was told I would have to wait until the manager Maria called me on Monday to resolve. This should not have to wait for a manager to resolve. Someone should be able to take care of the customers at all times. This was my first time ever getting a wax with this company. I loved the lady who did my waxing however. She was the only one who had a good personality and seemed to enjoy her job.
