Very bad . Did my pedi and mani gel on a Friday . Pedi was well done. Gel last 1 day . Saturday After I washed my dog . They started to peel off. We’re pilling off in one piece. We’re pilling off in one piece. Came to the salon on Monday / closed. Came back on Wednesday spoke with the lady at the front the owner ,explained what happened. Owner is rude, unprofessional and dishonest said comeback and we will redo . I couldn’t make it that day . Am self employed and got a big job . Came back today next week on Tuesday that’s when I had an open day. Owner say , I have to pay again. because I didn’t came last week. I have a credit with your salon because your provided a very poor service. I should be able to come when am available to render that credit. Is wrong. I called the credit card and reported as fraud. So I had been going here for 2 years. Its pretty hit or miss with getting someone who is proficient at doing a GOOD job with a fill and waxing. Pretty much they all can do a decent pedicure. Pretty much they all can do a decent pedicure. One Lady did my waxing (she’s older and loves to show her lower back tattoo) and it looked terrible and was so uneven. The last lady who did my nails I was quite satisfied with until recently. My nails broke within 2-3 days, I wear them short, and I did not overdo anything. So I went back with 3 repairs and an acrylic fill and she charged me $40; the nail painting looked as if I did it myself and for my pedicure too. I’m disappointed and in search of a new nail salon. I came from 3 feet of snow in Ohio. To say my feet and hands were awful when I walked in is an understatement.... Now... WOW! They are incredibly friendly, professional and very very clean. I had my eyebrows done and they are perfect... I have a scar on my left brow and no one has ever been able to make my eyebrows even until today! I would absolutely recommend this Salon 💯! They are also very inexpensive. I would have paid $85 at home.. I only paid $55 here with the hand drawn nail art. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! more ... less ...

My first, last and only visit. I visited on April 18, 2022. I called before going asking to make an appointment and was told I could walk in. I got to the salon at 5:45 and the nail tech started with my nails to soak of My first, last and only visit. I visited on April 18, 2022. I got to the salon at 5:45 and the nail tech started with my nails to soak off the gel and then had me start with the pedicure. After she was finished I was told to wait for another nail tech to do my nails. I waited for approximately 30 minutes or more. By the time I finished it was 7:30. My gel manicure was rushed then to fix to small cracks in each nail with a little acrylic I come to find out that they charged $5.00 per each fix which was not told to me until I was ready to pay. Very disappointed with the gel manicure. Bumps from filing and powder can be seen through and through. The icing on the cake is there was a customer that had a young child that was out of control. Screaming and yelling and the mother did nothing about it. Going to the nail salon should be relaxing. Dont bring your child if you cannot control them or bring them something to keep them entertained. The only good thing about the salon is that they have reasonable prices. I waited 45 minutes (although told 10 mins) but its a holiday weekend and I didnt make an appointment, so I didnt mind/ I understood they were busy.\n\nPlease look at these pictures. The manicure is completely muddy and uneven. There are places that the top coat didnt even cover... and there is a BRUSH HAIR in my manicure. And the pink tips are fading already. Ive never had a gel manicure start chipping after 5 days, ever. **For reference I work a desk job from home and have no kids, so my hands arent going through the ringer.\n\nPLEASE avoid this place at all costs and dont spend the $35 + tip for a gel manicure ( or any service here). more ... less ...
