I’ve been here before and my first experience was great, no issues. Younger gentleman who took his time and did a great job on my feet and toes. They are close to my home and convenient. They are close to my home and convenient. Went again yesterday and an older gentleman who sits in the front seat to the left greeted me as normal and ask what I needed. Told me to pick a color and sit in the last seat for a pedicure. He starts and for some reason the bag in the bowl starts to come off and so the attitude begins. He starts messing with the bag and bowl and hitting my legs to move out the way. So he removes the bag request I put my feet back in the water without a bag. I tell him, I’m sorry it has no bag he’s like it’s okay. I said no it’s not please put another back he goes well if you wouldn’t have kicked it the bag wouldn’t come off. So I apologize and tell him I’ll be sure not to do it again and if he can please put another bag on the bowl. He gets so upset and completely checks out and does a terrible job on my toes and feet. He finished leaves doesn’t say a word. I proceed to check out and he follows and has the nerve to ask for a tip. I polite say no and Thank him and pay for my very bad service. He says nothing and walks away. Never will I ever give them my business. They are rated 3.8 for a reason there are so many other salons that have tremendous customer service let’s not waste our hard earn money on those who can’t appreciate it. Two stars because it seemed clean.\n\nI went here last weekend with an appointment. I greeted her and told her I hadn’t had my nails done in 15 years. She didn’t respond. Totally OK we couldn’t hold a conversation, I could tell there was a language barrier. No biggie. Half my family is from the islands and don’t speak English. I’m understand and it’s OK.\n\nWhat’s not OK: me asking her for a certain color & her getting it wrong. (A lady walked back in while I was sitting there and literally said, about there pedicure she just got, “Hey Lily, I showed you purple but this is BLACK!” And Lily just laughed. Lady just walked away.) Me asking for a design & her not knowing what I’m saying. Her looking frustrated (I can’t be the only person to ask for a color or design? Like I said, I’m new to this.)\n\nI complimented her throughout the process. No response. I gave her a thumbs up and she kinda smiled. At the end she pulled out some stickers and slapped them on with one clear coat (looked like a child put them on). She told me to wash my hands. I thought no way are we done… I walk back and she’s gone.\n\nI go to check out and the guy says, “$80”. I died inside. Then asked if I want to tip. (Are you joking?) but I couldn’t not. I don’t want her to get…Nothing. She used her craft to put nails on and shape them. Everything else was a clusterf***.\n\nI emailed them and no response.\n\nI’m baffled that someone like Lily works there. Even if I spoke her language, her lack of response was telling. Why did she walk away after, too? Did she know she did a terrible job? Am I missing something; as someone who never gets their nails done? I tried to be so nice. When I saw she screwed up the color. I knew there was no going back (without stripping it) so I went with it. I felt trapped.\n\nI don’t get it.. not sure how they run a business. Maybe they know we feel trapped and they don’t expect repeat customers. :-/ Just knew ones they can sucker into paying $100 for awful service. more ... less ...

The tech who did my nails was very friendly - however - the $40 pedicure was very mediocre. The massage was non-existent. The time spent on the actual pedicure was very short. I dont know if its just the one time, but this was my first visit and I am not coming again. The stylist cut down so much of my natural nail on my nail bed and continued to file directly on exposed nail bed. My cuticles were cut multiple times and I was in so much pain I left half way through. It also looks like I have acrylic toothpicks on my nails because of the way they were filed. Would not recommend to anyone.\nMy fingers/nails are in a lot of pain and dont even look good. Not worth it.\n\n*UPDATE*\nThe owner called me, apologized, and offered a refund for the service. I kept getting burned from the heat of the little machines they use to file nails. I mentioned that I wasn’t happy with how they were starting to look before he continued, but he promised they would look good by the one he was done. I was wanting an ombré look and my nails did not look ombré at all, you can see where the white ends and is very blotchy. He insisted on trying to fix them but only kept getting worse and worse as he went on. Not only that but they tried making me feel bad for not being happy with my nails saying that my nails looked exactly like the picture. I finally told him to just stop and I’ll just fix my own nails at home as I was getting frustrated and to top it off I still had to pay for the services after not being satisfied. They did not offer a discount or percentage off my nail service and ended up paying 60$ for this. I would never go back to this place again. more ... less ...
