Absolutely horrible experience! Worst I have ever had. I was a walk in at 3:00pm for a fill and pedicure me and my friend. They said they could see us at 4:30 we leave and get back at 4:30 they put us in the pedicure cha Absolutely horrible experience! Worst I have ever had. I was a walk in at 3:00pm for a fill and pedicure me and my friend. They said they could see us at 4:30 we leave and get back at 4:30 they put us in the pedicure chairs. My friend got assisted after about 15 minutes. Myself ended up waiting exactly 47 min. My water got cold twice and the only reason I got assisted was I complained and asked if I was being seen. When I arrived the place was busy when they started working on my pedi there was only a handful of people left. So where did all these workers go? I was fuming inside. Then my pedi was so rushed it wasnt even enjoyable it took her literally less than 15 min. Since they close at 6pm on Sundays It shouldnt take three plus hours to have your nails and feet done. I also explained had they told me I could come at 5:20 or 5:30 I would have been ok with it. However dont tell your client 4:30 and make them wait 47 min. If you make an appointment here make sure it’s with Lucus. I haven’t had the best experience here, especially since they hired their new techs. All of which take personal phone calls in the middle of your nail appointment on their cell phones… while they make you wait to proceed with you. I had requested a simple design with a little heart on my nail and the nail tech told me “I can’t do it, if you can do it I won’t charge you for it” I literally laughed because I thought she was kidding… she wasn’t. She literally handed me the tools and had me to the design on my own nails which I hated. I waited an extra half an hour because she couldn’t do any design I requested and had to remove the polish each time… even tho I originally asked for a design before she started and confirmed that she could do it with a photo reference. There was another time where Lucus overcharged me for a simple French tip design, an extra $10 dollars when it’s normally $5 or less… And another time when they filed my toenails so thin they all broke the next day. I wouldn’t come back here again, there are other places who do better work for just as much as Nail color and spa. more ... less ...

By far the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to and I have been getting my nails done for 20 some years. Within 2 days nails were popping off for no reason. Within 2 days nails were popping off for no reason. I took my receipt in to show them and they wanted to recharge me $8 a nail to fix because I couldn’t spell the name of the Vietnamese lady who did my nails. The guy who was trying to “act like the manager” kept arguing that I should know how to spell the girls name that helped me. We all know that they “share licenses” and most are not even valid. So less than a week later I now have 5 nails that have popped off. This place is extremely dirty. They do NOT use any kind of barrier on the pedicure bowls. This place is not santiary at all. Plenty of other nail salons in estero would not recommend this one at all even for an emergency fix if your out of town. Also, they would not honor their prices as stated on their window signage. Crooks made up their own prices after the service was completed. Beware Buyer! more ... less ...

I have visited this nail salon several times and they do a great job and are open on Sunday. I was very pleased with my manicure and pedicure. Before my pedi, my toe nails were not in good shape. Before my pedi, my toe nails were not in good shape. The left toe nail (on my big toe) was broken in the middle and the nail tech did an amazing job fixing it. The cost for both mani and pedi was $95 for a full set of acrylic french tip nails with pink and white powder and clear shellac polish on my hands, and french tips with shellac polish on my feet.
