I’ve been here for mostly pedicures. The last two pedicures I had, they didn’t trim the sides (ingrown) correctly. I’ve had a different nail tech every time. The gel was too thick and had huge ridges that trapped sand on each side of my toe nail and caused peeling to happen on the second week.\n\nThe last time I went in was a few days ago to get a manicure. I have healthy strong nails and I wanted to get gel extensions. My experience was not good. I asked for rounded/oval and got these too skinny for me varying in shape nails that are lumpy, crooked and look strange on my hands. The hard gel burned intensely while curing which the nail tech insisted was normal… a quick google search says this is not normal. She also over filed the sides of my nails past my nail bed. I believe she also over filed my previously healthy natural nails as well but we will see.\n\nI made it a point to say I have healthy natural nails and I did not want to damage them. This is exactly what they did, damage them. There might still be a few good nail techs here that are worth seeing but I’d be very careful about who you choose.\n\nUpdate: My natural nails are now severely damaged. They were over filed into the nail bed on several nails on the sides. Also around the cuticle, there’s a red ring from over filing and a few super thin spot. My nails are now super temperature sensitive from being so thin and they’re peeling. Please do not take the risk of going here, unless you know the tech very well.. If I’ve ever had an issue or a problem I have been able to go back and discuss it with her and she is so kind and compassionate and would fix Anything I address, I don’t like or that doesn’t look good, (which mind you is very rare and she doesn’t make you feel like an inconvenience for saying anything like you’re complaining) I love that I love that kind of relationship with the people that cut my hair or do my nails. I would recommend this place Highly. And the longer I go the better of my nails end up looking each time I go I left yesterday it was extremely ecstatic at home I’ll nails looked❤️❤️❤️❤️ more ... less ...

I had a wonderful time the first time I went even though the person who was doing my nails did them in a weird way but they still came out pretty cool. But this time around I decided to get a pedicure and my nails done plus my best friend‘s nails and pedicure done. The pedicures were amazing but when it came time to doing the acrylic nails I felt that they were rushed. I did not notice anything at first but when I got home I started to notice pieces of fuzz or hair black dots and big pieces of glitter in my acrylic and topcoat As well as acrylic under my nail and in my cuticle line.I would also like to add that I paid $400 for two sets of acrylic nails and two pedicures. Now the prices of the pedicures were very plainly explained on the price menu. But the prices to get the acrylic nails were outrageous. I was charged to add length and shape when they cut and took off length from the tips. I was charged $20 for both acrylic nails to add and shape nails. On the brochure it stated that it was $60 for acrylic nails 50 and $60 for the manicures depending on what you got. And an extra $20 for gel polish. As well as more money for colored acrylic. Even though I really like this nail salon and the vibe you get at the nail salon I feel that they are over pricing the product that they are giving out. And the customer service of some of the employees was not so great either especially the person that owns the place. I don’t expect perfection but I do expect to get what I paid for. I paid $400 for my nails to have all of the stuff wrong with it. I would also like to add that when I was being rung up by the actual nail artist it was way cheaper but when the owner saw what was being rung up she overcharged me for everything. Which I find very distasteful and sketchy. The artist ring up what they Felt their work was worse and the owner went behind him and up priced everything. more ... less ...

The temperature control is well..not.. they did replace the busses cover on it though..its usually hotter than outside. The highest Ive seen thus far was 90. Ive spoken with staff several times. I have never seen anyone doing my brows as awesome as she did! I entered and requested a manicure. The technician Le attended to me. Upon initiating the service I could tell that it was not going to be a pleasant experience. I instructed her to file in one direction and not to file down any length from my nail, she did the complete opposite. She then proceeded to buff my nail bed with a mild grit block which was odd to me. I was having a manicure, a service I’ve had done for years and never had a technician use a grit buffer on my natural nail for this service. I was the only customer in the salon at the time and there were two techs present. Another customer entered and Le proceeded to work on that customer. I noticed that there was a step in the service missed in the service rendered to me, a warm towel. I brought it to their attention but they argued that one was placed on my hands. By this time I’m frustrated: my nails were not completely even, no cuticle oil was rubbed into my cuticles so they’re dryer than they were before the service, and I I received a mediocre hand massage. more ... less ...

The shop was very clean and well maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness. The shop enforced the wearing of face masks for both staff and customers.
