I was having a very stressful day, and I stopped by to get a pedicure close to their closing time. They were so nice to me! They did such a beautiful job with so much kindness and care! Sweet little mom& pop nail shop. The owners are very nice.\nWhen we called for pricing I was told 45 for dipped nails. Me and my daughter had a set in mind but When we arrived we were told we needed to pick 2 colors, and Sweet little mom& pop nail shop. Me and my daughter had a set in mind but When we arrived we were told we needed to pick 2 colors, and were not informed it would be more money. Even though I ended up getting charged $70 per set, we were happy with our nails.\nUnfortunately after only one week, they are peeling off from the edges and ones popped off already. 😔\nFor a $250 mani/pedi Im pretty disappointed in the lack of communication before service and the short life span of these nails. more ... less ...

Got a gel manicure and pedicure. My skin was sliced on my big toe during the pedicure. I didn’t think anything of it figured it was a mistake. The polish was applied super messy and past my cuticles. The polish was applied super messy and past my cuticles. A gel manicure and pedicure cost $90+$20 tip.(no acrylic just on my natural nail they didn’t have anyone to do acrylic.) 2 days post manicure all the gel polish started to lift The tips are peeling back and also around the cuticle. It’s terrible. I have never had a gel manicure chip away like this. It’s worse than if I had done regular polish. My nails are now also super brittle from the way they filed them, not to mention crooked.I don’t know why I paid such a premium price for the worst mani pedi I’ve ever received in my life. I called them to find a resolution and they told me I would have to come back. (I was only visiting Gulf Breeze) they said they couldn’t refund my credit card/Didn’t know how: So now I have terrible looking nails that need to be redone, complete waste of time and money. The work these ladies do is well done and has lasted. The language barrier is almost more than can be overcome though. One point of displeasure was being told that our eyebrows were ugly and we didnt take good care of our cuticles. It was my daughters birthday treat and it was hurtful that the memory of her treat is mixed with these ladies unkind comments to her. We wont be back. Update: After receiving the response of the owner I am even more convinced they have no grasp of the English language. They said they hope to make our next experience \"an even better one\". We wont be back due to their unkind comments to my daughter on her birthday. No, she did not have a good birthday because of the unkind words you said to her. How sad it made me to hear her tell me that your employees insulted her. I’m visiting this area for my sister’s wedding and needed to get a manicure and pedicure ASAP. I called and they told me to come on in, so I jumped in the car and arrived 15 minutes later to a sweet lady who we I’m visiting this area for my sister’s wedding and needed to get a manicure and pedicure ASAP. I called and they told me to come on in, so I jumped in the car and arrived 15 minutes later to a sweet lady who welcomed me and had me sit down at her location. She asked what I liked, and showed me some pictures on her phone from previous nails done and I picked out what I liked. She did an amazing job on my acrylic nails, then she asked if I wanted to get my eyebrows done, which wasn’t on my list because I didn’t think I’d have time to find a place and be able to actually get a wax in a timely manner but it was available here! Again, she did a GREAT job! Then I got my pedicure, and Melissa, I believe is her name, was fantastic! Personable, hardworking, and very knowledgeable. I wish I could take this nail shop home with me because they went above and beyond for me today! I will be back every single time I visit the area! more ... less ...
