I absolutely love this place! The owners are very nice, and they both do my nails exactly how I ask. I have always had a hard time finding a great nail tech who listens to what I want, but not here. Also, the prices listed on the window show a base price, and clearly say \"- (&) up\". Anyone who gets their nails done frequently knows that prices may go up depending on color, length, design, etc. The prices are worth the quality that you will receive. Don’t do it. This girl did a HORRIBLE job on my nails. She rushed my polish was sloppy and she didn’t polish the side of my nails, she was rough like a man and they only had two people there doing acrylic so yo Don’t do it. They are too high for the service they provide work is NOT worth the high prices they charge. It was my birthday and I got off late so had to go there because my regular shop was closed. I only got a manicure and pedicure. It only lasted until the next day all the polish was off the tips of my nails. My daughter got dip nails and pedicure…he nails looked awful there was dips in the middle of her n I only got a manicure and pedicure. My stylist, Joe - is just AMAZING!\nYesterday he even cut my 2 grandsons hair...and they both left with smiles (they are 9 and 11) !\n(Thats not an easy customer - lol)\nIts a great place, they have multiple stylists, My stylist, Joe - is just AMAZING!\nYesterday he even cut my 2 grandsons hair...and they both left with smiles (they are 9 and 11) !\n(Thats not an easy customer - lol)\nIts a great place, they have multiple stylists, cuts, color, nails, etc.\nIts a nice big shop...and all are friendly...they seem to be like family and work well together. I want to warn the public. There’s no professionalism. The so called owner has no tact, does not pay attention to anyone as a valued customer but rather treat you as an animal. I am sure she’s the kind that tak I want to warn the public. There’s no professionalism. The so called owner has no tact, does not pay attention to anyone as a valued customer but rather treat you as an animal. I am sure she’s the kind that take her dogs to spas to be treated better than they them selves treat people in this beauty salon. I honestly want to warn you ladies. I went for acrylic nail removal, but she literally removed pieces of my nails leaving it raw open , disregarding I had complaint about the pain she still kept ripping it off rather than soaking the nail and filing it to bring it down without hurting anyone. Just like they do in any other places. I won’t come back obviously but wanted to warn you. They also stated $10 before I entered as stated by her and the price board, but then later I checked the credit card and realized she went and charged her own amount. Even though I called and complained about the extra charge , they won’t refund, that’s fraud. We can not patronize a disrespectful and fraudulent joint like this. more ... less ...
