Worst experience ever! Horrible customer service by owners and tech! First time I made an appointment the nail technician Jenny just decided she wouldnt see me. I got to the salon, had my dip soaked off by someone else and then she denied me service. All the other techs were busy so no one would do them. (First picture is how I left). I attempted to go this morning, again, and made the first appoint of the day (10AM). I had them confirm my appointment with Jenny so it wouldnt happen again. She was late and they told me I had to reschedule because she would not see me she would see her 11AM. more ... less ...

I was there 9 days ago-from out of state for a wedding. Made a reservation the evening before for 10:30am. I was taken back at 10:50 (not a big deal). I told the woman that helped me this was only my second pedicure bc I was there 9 days ago-from out of state for a wedding. Made a reservation the evening before for 10:30am. I told the woman that helped me this was only my second pedicure bc my first time 5 years ago resulted in an infection and part of my toe nail being removed. Her English was very limited and she was abrasive at times. I told her she was hurting me. I left with pain in 5 of my toes, feet were red for 4 days and I now have an ingrown toe nail on my left foot. I think he was the manager was up front. (He was friendly and kind) I asked him if it was normal to be this red and have pain in several toes. He said no and it was probably caused by dead skin. (When I went in I had no redness, swelling, cuts or scratches). He put some oils on the toes and told me it will be ok. Reviews were great so I think I just had a bad experience. more ... less ...

So I just have to say I tried this place this morning as it’s close to my job and I had some extra free time. I absolutely loved how my pedicure came out! I asked for French and it’s usually hard to find someon So I just have to say I tried this place this morning as it’s close to my job and I had some extra free time. I absolutely loved how my pedicure came out! I asked for French and it’s usually hard to find someone who does them almost perfectly but she knocked them out the park! The place was clean and the lady at the front greeting spoke almost perfect English and was super friendly! Will definitely be going back, also prices are about the same as almost everywhere but totally worth the visit. Loved them! more ... less ...

I love this place. Great people. Staff is amazing. This place needs 5 stars! Been coming to this place for 2 years or so. Never disappoint me. Oh and eyebrows too ! Theyre amazing!😎

my boyfriend and I went here for a couples massage.. worst mistake ever. The massages were very painful I couldn’t even finish the hour. I stopped the guy and I don’t even think they understood why. We tried not to make a big deal but it was very unpleasant especially when the owner tried to convince us we enjoyed it because we didn’t want to leave without paying. But what really put the nail on the coffin was when we didn’t leave a tip she asked us multiple times where the tip was. The audacity! I got my nails done here a week ago. I have always been a loyal customer and love all the workers even when the business was named CK and located in a different area of the plaza. Unfortunately, my gel nails are already I got my nails done here a week ago. I have healthy nails and only ever get gel if I get my nails done and I am disappointed this is occurring. I have not been using my hands my hands an extreme amount or doing a ton dishes. Its a bummer this happened because I did this before going on vacation and spent around 70 dollars for my nails and toes. more ... less ...

My friend and I had an appointment at 1:00 for 2 manicures. We were sat down and 2 walk ins were taken before us, and didn’t get started with our nails until 1:15. My friend had a nail technician splitting between her and another client because they didn’t have enough people. So by the time I was finished 30 minutes later, my friends nails hadn’t even been started! VERY POOR management and service. If they didn’t have enough people to do our nails at 1:00, then why did they tell us we could come in then? Very disappointed, we had a wedding to go to so my friend had to leave and couldn’t even get her nails done. more ... less ...

I had a fabulous experience at this salon. I came and had a fill with my previous set done at another salon and Sue matched the color perfectly! On top of that I wanted a fun design with different colors and Sue was able I had a fabulous experience at this salon. I have been coming here off and on for years. They do a nice mani/ pedi.\nThe only issue l have is that they over push their other services and it is very annoying... and makes for an uncomfortable experience. OMG l couldn’t get out of there fast enough. This truly is My Escape. Once you walk in, you immediately recognize the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and very accommodating. Its clean and they follow sanitary requirements. She is an excellent nail tech and thanks to her, I now have very healthy nails. After going to economy nail salons, my nails were thin and always breaking. Now my nails always look great and they are strong. I give Your Escape 5 stars because they deserve it! more ... less ...
